really solid phone, minor complaint
Been using this for about a month now and honestly it's been great. The 256GB gives plenty of space, the stylus is actually useful for notes, and performance has been smooth. Only thing is it came without the original charger and I had to buy one separately—would've been nice to know that upfront. Otherwise really happy with the deal.
battery died after two weeks
Received the phone and it seemed fine at first, but the battery started draining super fast. Within a couple weeks it was only holding maybe 40% of what it should. The listing said "fair condition" so I wasn't expecting pristine, but a dead battery is different from cosmetic wear. Contacted support and they're sending a replacement, so at least the warranty covers it.
solid phone, solid price
Picked up the 128GB and it's been exactly what I needed. Screen's clean, battery holds a charge through a full day no problem. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call.
works fine but something feels off
So the phone works. Apps load, calls come through, nothing crashes. But I'm getting maybe 12-13 hours of battery on a full charge, and the specs said it should do closer to 20. The listing said "excellent" condition so maybe the battery was already degraded before it got to me. It's not broken, so I'm keeping it, but it's not what I expected.
pretty good, shipping took longer
Phone itself is solid. Stylus works smooth, camera's decent, storage is plenty for me. Build quality feels sturdy even though it's pre-owned. My one frustration was the delivery took 4 days instead of the 24-hour window they advertise—not a deal-breaker but worth noting if you're in a hurry. Overall happy with what I got.
exactly what the listing promised
Was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time, but BestMobileCanada made it easy. Got the 256GB, came in great shape — screen pristine, no weird marks, battery at a healthy percentage. The 32-point inspection actually means something. It arrived within their 24-hour window too. No complaints here, and the warranty covers me if anything pops up. Definitely doing this again instead of dropping $800+ on a new phone.
exactly what i needed
Bought this as a replacement after my old phone died, and I'm genuinely impressed. The stylus feature actually comes in handy for my sketches and note-taking. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels, and the 256GB means I'm not deleting photos every week. Showed up in 24 hours and the inspection report matched what I got. For the price versus buying new, this was the right call.
decent device, expectations weren't met
Condition was listed as excellent so I thought I was getting basically new. Phone arrived in good shape physically, no scratches or anything. But the battery percentage they listed (86%) feels optimistic—it drops to 10% pretty quickly under normal use. It works, the screen is clear, the stylus pen is responsive. Just disappointed that "excellent" didn't include a healthier battery.
