fair condition but functionally perfect
Was nervous about ordering a pre-owned phone for the first time, especially a folding one. Got the 512GB in fair condition and yeah, there are some light scratches on the frame and the outer screen has minor marks, but nothing that affects how it works. The 32-point inspection they do clearly catches real damage because functionally this thing is flawless. Battery health at 82%, hinge clicks perfectly, inner display is pristine. For the price versus buying new, this was the right move for me.
exactly what I needed
was hesitant about buying pre-owned but this 256GB excellent condition Razr arrived in perfect shape. Screen is pristine, the flip mechanism feels smooth, and it came with all the original packaging. Better value than paying full retail, and the 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind. No issues so far.
runs okay but battery drains fast
The 512GB good condition phone arrived looking about as expected — some cosmetic marks, nothing major. But the battery drains way quicker than the stated 87% health suggests. It'll get me through most of a day if I'm not heavy on it. Not a dealbreaker but combined with some slower performance spikes, it feels like it's already aging.
arrived completely dead, warranty denied
The 512GB unit showed up unresponsive and wouldn't charge. Called support expecting the warranty to cover it — they claimed it was water damage from my end, which makes zero sense since I hadn't even opened the box. Incredibly frustrated. This was supposed to be the safer option compared to buying used elsewhere.
folding phone that actually works
Bought this Razr 2022 in good condition and it's been solid for the past few months. Screen feels responsive, hinge is smooth, and the 512GB storage means I'm not constantly deleting apps. Battery sits around 88% health which is respectable for a pre-owned device. Shipping was fast — arrived within the 24-hour window they promise. The warranty gives me peace of mind too.
battery degraded faster than expected
Got the 128GB fair condition unit. The screen's fine and it works, but the battery only holds 73% of capacity according to the diagnostic report they sent. That's worse than the 85% minimum they claim to check. Shipping was fast at least.
solid folding phone at half price
Picked up the 512GB good condition version because I wanted to save money without gambling on unknown sellers. Device arrived quickly, battery health is at 88%, minor cosmetic marks on the back but nothing that bothers me. Works exactly like a new one would. Worth it.
wow, this thing feels brand new
Seriously impressed with the 512GB excellent condition unit. The screen is spotless, battery health is 96%, and it came with the original box which was a nice touch. Been using it daily for a few weeks now with zero issues. This is the second pre-owned phone I've bought from BestMobileCanada and they keep nailing it.
screen looks worse than photos
Got the 128GB excellent condition model but the display has noticeable scratches that weren't mentioned in the listing. Battery sits around 82% which is fine, but combined with the screen issue it feels like I overpaid. The phone works, just disappointed given the condition rating.
decent but not what I expected
The fair condition rating was honest — this 128GB has some visible wear on the frame and the battery is sitting at 79%. It powers on fine and does everything it should, but I went in thinking it'd look newer. For the price I paid it's workable, just wish I'd sprung for the excellent tier.
