surprisingly solid refurbished purchase
honestly was nervous about buying pre-owned but this changed my mind. Razr 2024 in fair condition still looks fine—some marks on the sides but nothing that bothers me. Came with original box which was nice. Battery's at 87% and staying there. warranty gives me peace of mind if something goes wrong. way cheaper than retail and works perfectly.
does what it says, good price
First time buying refurbished anything. Razr showed up in fair condition with visible marks on the frame, which matched the listing. Everything powers on, apps run smoothly, camera works fine. Battery's holding at 84%. For the money saved versus new, I'm satisfied. No complaints really.
good phone, shows its age
Bought this as a budget option and it does the job. The screen has some marks from use but nothing that bothers me during normal operation. Battery sits around 82% which is fine for the price I paid compared to new.
works but battery concerned me
The Razr itself is solid—folds smooth, display is crisp. But I was hoping for better battery health. It's at 79%, which means I'm charging it every other day. For a phone listed as "fair condition," I expected the battery to be in better shape. It functions fine, just not the deal I thought it was.
fair condition but solid performer
was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time, especially with a foldable. got this in fair condition with visible marks on the frame, but everything works exactly as it should. screen's crisp, processor handles everything i throw at it, and the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind. shipping hit in 24 hours too. probably would've spent way more going new for the same specs.
works great, minor marks didn't bother me
Bought this used Razr expecting to see some wear given it's in fair condition, and yeah there's a few light scratches on the back. Honestly doesn't affect anything. Phone runs smooth, screen's bright, battery was at 89% when it arrived. For the price you pay versus new, you're getting real value here. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows — you can tell they looked at it.
exceptional pre-owned buy
Was skeptical about buying used but this changed my mind. Excellent condition means exactly that—no visible wear, battery at 88%, everything works as intended. The fold mechanism feels solid. You're saving a couple hundred bucks and getting something that feels like new. Best Mobile's inspection process actually matters.
solid device but slower than expected
Got it in 2 days, which was fast. The phone itself is in excellent shape—no visible wear—and the 32-point inspection was thorough. Performance is fine for daily stuff. I guess my only real complaint is it took about 36 hours total to arrive when the site says 24h promise. Not a huge deal, but it wasn't as quick as advertised. Still works great though.
great phone, just missing the charger
Showed up in excellent condition, barely any signs of use. The fold mechanism is smooth, camera quality is sharp, and performance is exactly what you'd expect from the 256GB model. Only minor thing — no charger in the box, but that's becoming standard anyway so can't really complain. Great value compared to retail.
fair condition, fully functional
Recieved the Razr in fair shape with some visible scuffs I was expecting. The screen works perfectly, no dead pixels, no issues with the fold. Battery's at a healthy percentage and charges normally. BestMobileCanada's inspection process is legit — you know what you're getting before it shows up. The warranty is solid too if anything goes sideways. honestly this beats buying new at full price.
