exactly what i needed
wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this thing arrived in perfect condition, battery's at 94%, and it's been rock solid for a month now. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows — no surprises, no hidden damage. Way cheaper than new and i got the full year warranty so i'm covered either way.
good phone, screen has some marks
Picked this up as a budget option and it does the job. Battery still holds up well enough for a full day. The screen has some visible scratches that don't really bother me since I knew it was fair condition going in. Arrived within the promised 24 hours which was nice.
not what the listing described
The listing said fair condition but there are some pretty deep scratches on the back that look worse than fair to me. Battery's at 78% which is lower than I'd expect even for a used phone at this price point. It works fine functionally but I feel like I overpaid for what I got. The 24-hour delivery was fast at least.
exceeded my expectations for the price
Was honestly worried about buying pre-owned but this phone looks barely used. The 128GB has plenty of space, battery health is solid at 92%, and the 32-point inspection they mention actually showed in the condition. Compared to buying new, the savings are real and you're not sacrificing much. Been using it for three weeks now with zero issues. The warranty gives me peace of mind too.
decent phone, minor screen issue
Got it in 24 hours which was nice. The 128GB model does what I need it to do. There's a tiny hairline scratch on the screen that doesn't affect touch, but I didn't notice it in the photos. For the price it's solid, just not flawless.
solid buy with one caveat
Phone came as described in good condition, performs well, no major issues. My one gripe is the charger wasn't included so I had to grab one separately. Still a decent value compared to retail but would've been perfect if they'd tossed one in.
arrived completely dead
Device showed up unresponsive and wouldn't charge. Contacted support about the warranty and they kept saying it needed diagnostics first. Waste of time honestly. Would've just bought new at that point.
solid mid-range phone
got this about a month ago. runs smoothly most of the time, camera's decent for the price range. battery's holding up okay, currently at around 89%. there are a few minor scuffs on the back but nothing that bothers me. honestly it's a good value if you're not trying to spend a fortune on a flagship.
