can't complain about this deal
Recieved it earlier than expected and it's in excellent condition. Screen looks factory fresh, battery health is at 88%, and the 32-point inspection they did really shows—no issues popped up. Compared to buying new, you're saving a ton of money without the headaches. would buy from BestMobileCanada again.
fair condition, great value
Expected more visible wear given the "fair" label but the phone runs smooth. There are some scratches on the casing and the screen has a couple micro-marks. Everything works perfectly though. Camera quality is genuinely impressive for an older model. Warranty included is a nice safety net. Worth every penny.
does what it needs to do
it's a Pixel 2 XL so it's a few years old, but it works perfectly fine. some light scuffs on the body but nothing that bothers me. photos are still decent, battery lasts a full day with moderate use. good value if you're not looking for the latest phone.
works but screen has issues
The phone functions fine day-to-day, but I noticed the display has some faint vertical lines if you look closely at white backgrounds. It was listed as "fair" so I knew there'd be marks, but the screen issue is a bit annoying for video watching. Battery holds up okay though, and everything else is solid.
seriously solid phone for the price
wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this 64GB Pixel 2 XL convinced me. Everything works, no complaints with performance. Battery sits around 90%. The 32-point inspection they do must be legit because there's barely any visible wear. Shipped in 24 hours which was nice. Way cheaper than buying new and feels like the same phone.

solid phone, minor shipping delay
was promised 24-hour delivery but took about 3 days to arrive. Phone itself is in good shape though—only a couple tiny marks on the frame that blend in. Battery at 88%, screen's clear. No charger in the box which I should've checked the listing for. still happy with it overall.
dead on arrival, very disappointed
Received the phone and it wouldn't power on. Tried everything—different chargers, holding the button longer, nothing. Contacted support and they were helpful but the replacement took two weeks to arrive. The whole point of buying from a retailer is to avoid this hassle. Ended up returning it and buying elsewhere. Really frustrating experience.
battery died within a week
The 128GB unit arrived fine visually but the battery was already shot. Listing said 85% health but it barely lasted 4 hours of light use. Contacted support and they processed a replacement, but it took longer than expected. Second device is better but felt like a waste of time initially.
