Great value for the money
Wasn't sure about buying pre-owned, but the 32-point inspection report gave me confidence. Phone arrived in Good condition — screen is clean, no dead pixels. It's noticeably cheaper than a new one and works exactly as advertised. Honestly, pretty happy with it.
decent phone but battery worries me
Pixel 4 runs fine and the display is nice and bright. The 128GB storage is plenty. My issue is the battery — inspection report said "excellent" but it's only holding 80% health and drains noticeably faster than my old phone did new. Not a dealbreaker yet, but I'm watching it. If it degrades more I'll use the warranty.
doesn't match the description
Bought the 128GB in Excellent condition but it arrived with visible cracks around the camera lens that weren't mentioned. Battery's at 79%. I get that phones wear, but the listing should've reflected that. Even with the warranty, dealing with a replacement feels like extra hassle I didn't expect from an 'Excellent' rating.
battery disappointed me
The listing said Excellent condition and the phone does look pristine, I'll give it that. But the battery's already at 82% health and dies way faster than my old phone. Took 3 days to arrive too, not the 24 hours promised. Not sure if I got unlucky or if the battery test was off, but it's frustrating enough that I'm considering returning it.
great value for a daily driver
Solid phone. 64GB in good condition, minimal cosmetic wear you'd expect at this price. Camera's one of the Pixel's strong points and it shows here. Battery's sitting at 87%, gets me through a normal day. The one-year warranty made me feel confident about pulling the trigger. No fancy features, just reliable.
does the job, but battery drains fast
Phone arrived in good shape like described. Screen is clean, no major scratches. My only real complaint is the battery doesn't hold a charge as long as I expected — I'm getting maybe 70% of a day with moderate use. Probably from age. Still works fine for what I needed, just have to charge it more often than my old phone.

Bought the 64GB in good condition and I'm impressed. No visible damage, battery health is solid, and it handles apps and gaming without lag. way cheaper than a new Pixel and this one works just as well. charger was included which was a nice touch.
stopped working after 3 weeks
Device arrived and worked for about three weeks, then wouldn't turn on. Contacted BestMobileCanada about the warranty and they've been slow to respond. Really frustrating because the inspection supposedly covered 32 checkpoints. Expected better from the warranty promise given the price I paid.
fair condition, fair price
Got what I paid for with the 64GB fair variant. There's scuffs and marks you'd expect, but the phone itself runs without issues. Decent value if you're OK with cosmetic wear.
