excellent condition doesn't match
Listed as excellent but mine came with visible scratches on the frame and the screen protector was already applied (wasn't mentioned). Battery at 81% is fine, but the description was misleading. Took 3 days to arrive too, not 24 hours. Warranty is real at least, so I'm keeping it.
solid phone, decent price for the specs
Got the 64GB model last week and it's been reliable so far. Screen looks pristine, battery holds up through a full day of heavy use. Arrived within 24 hours like they said. For what I paid versus a new one, this was the right call.
excellent condition, no regrets
Showed up fast, phone looks practically new. The excellent condition rating is legit—no scratches I can find, screen is pristine. Battery at 88%. This camera system is why I wanted the Pixel 4 in the first place, and the night sight mode doesn't disappoint. Night Sky feature is wild. Paid less than half retail. One year warranty means I'm covered if anything comes up. Recommend this seller.
phone works but feels overpriced
It's an excellent condition unit — barely any visible marks, battery at 90%. That said, it still feels like I'm paying close to new-phone prices for something older. The Pixel 4 XL is still capable and the screen looks great, but there are newer options at similar price points. Not broken, just not convinced it's the best value.
decent but a bit slow to arrive
The phone itself is fine — camera and display are exactly what I expected for a Pixel 4 XL in good condition. My only real gripe is it took 3 days to show up, not the 24 hours they promise. Battery's at 86% which is acceptable. Works as intended.
exactly what i needed at this price
been using this for a month now and honestly it's solid. 64GB is plenty for my stuff, camera is sharp, and the battery sits around 88%. got it in good condition and there's barely any visible wear. paid way less than a new one and the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind. no complaints so far.
works well but battery's already dying
It's a capable phone, no doubt. Camera is excellent and the screen is really nice. But the battery dropped to 80% health within a month of light use, which seems fast. I got the excellent condition 64GB model, so maybe the health percentage wasn't accurately tested during the 32-point inspection. Everything else functions well, just worried about longevity.
came in perfect condition
was nervous about buying pre-owned but this thing came looking basically brand new. passed the 32-point inspection they mention, screen has zero scratches, battery at 87%. couldn't tell the difference from buying it straight from Google except I saved a bunch. no complaints.
fair condition, still solid
Got the 64GB for a decent price. Screen has some light scratches but nothing that bothers me during normal use. Battery health is around 82%, which is what they said. Phone works fast, camera is sharp. For the money, good deal.

Picked this up to replace my old Pixel 3 and honestly it's been solid. Camera is noticeably better, screen is crisp, and the 64GB has been enough for me. Arrived in the promised 24 hours too.
