good phone but listing was misleading
The Pixel itself is solid—camera is great, screen's crisp. But the listing said "excellent condition" and there's a small dent on the bottom corner I didn't expect. Not a dealbreaker, but felt like I overpaid for that condition tier. Battery at 82% which is fine. Otherwise does what it should.
no complaints so far
Honestly didn't expect much at this price point. The Pixel 4a 5G is snappy, photos look sharp even in low light, and it feels premium in hand. Battery percentage shows 86%. Came fully functional. Happy I went pre-owned instead of dropping twice the cash on a new flagship.
battery died within a month
Arrived in excellent condition like they said, screen perfect. But the battery health was actually 68% not the 85% promised in the listing. Phone dies by 2pm even with light use. Warranty covers it supposedly but I'm frustrated I didn't catch this before the return window closed.
it works, but battery concerns
Phone functions fine and the screen looks good. My issue is the battery drained faster than I expected — it's sitting around 78% health and the listing said "good" condition. Not terrible, but I was hoping for higher since I need this to last through a full workday. Still usable, just not as good as I'd hoped.
works fine, nothing fancy
It's a phone. Does phone things. Arrived with some wear on the sides which matched the listing. Screen's intact. Been using it for two weeks and no issues so far. Not thrilled about the price but not upset either. Decent middle ground between new and sketchy sellers.
solid phone at a fair price
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but the 32-point inspection gave me confidence. Device arrived in great shape, barely any visible wear. Checked the battery health right away — sitting at 88%, which matches what they said. Screen's pristine. The 1-year warranty is the real peace of mind here.
Better than expected for pre-owned
Was nervous about buying a used phone online, but this one came through. "Good" condition means it looks barely used. Battery health is at 89%, which is excellent. The 32-point inspection they do apparently catches everything because nothing felt off or degraded. Definitely a smarter move than paying full retail for the same phone.
Excellent condition, excellent phone
The Pixel 4a 5G is a solid Android device and this one arrived in what they call "excellent" condition — I believe it. No scratches, no dents, battery at 92%. Fast processor, reliable software, great camera system. I've owned it for three months now with zero issues. The warranty gave me confidence to pull the trigger on a pre-owned purchase.
battery drained faster than expected
Device arrived okay but the battery has been a letdown. Listed as 85% health but it's dropping 15–20% per hour just on standby, which doesn't match. Screen works fine, no cracks, and the phone powers on, but I'm frustrated because I can't get through half a day without charging. Called support but haven't heard back yet. Might still be under warranty coverage — we'll see.
Fair phone at a fair price
Showed up fast. It's got scratches and the back has some scuff marks you can definitely see, which matches the "fair" label. But the phone itself runs smooth, no lag, and I haven't had any issues. Battery's at 85%. For half the price of new, I'm satisfied.
