solid phone at a solid price
Picked this up to replace an older device. Screen is clean, no dead pixels I can spot. Phone's snappy, camera does the job well, and the 5G connectivity is noticeably faster than what I had before. Battery health came in at 87% which is decent for a pre-owned unit. The warranty gave me peace of mind. Good value.

Only thing is there's a tiny scratch on the back corner that wasn't super obvious in the listing photos — nothing that affects function. For the price point compared to retail, still a solid deal. Ordered the 128GB model, showed up and won't turn on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Their "32 point inspection" claim seems like a joke. Contacted support and got told to wait 48 hours for a response. For the price difference vs buying new, I expected better quality control. Really disappointed.

exactly what i needed
Grabbed this as a backup phone and it's been reliable. Screen quality is sharp, camera takes decent shots in good light. Battery's holding up fine after a week of use. Came with the box and charger, everything clean. Better than dropping full price on a new one for my use case.

camera is great, battery concerns
The Pixel 5 takes fantastic photos in low light, which was my main reason for buying it. Screen looks clean and the phone feels solid in hand. Problem is the battery's sitting at 82% health according to the inspection report, and I'm already seeing it drain faster than I expected by mid-afternoon. For the price I paid, I thought I'd get something closer to 90%. Works fine otherwise but the battery thing bugs me.

battery drains faster than listed
Device arrived in fair condition as advertised, minor scratches and all, but the battery tells a different story. They said 85% health but in actual use it's dropping to 20% by mid-afternoon. The 1-year warranty covers this so I'll be contacting them, but it's frustrating that the pre-sale inspection didn't catch it. Everything else works.
