fair condition, fair price
Picked this up knowing it'd have some wear. Screen's got minor scratches you only see at certain angles, back has a couple marks. Honestly doesn't bother me — saved $200 vs new and it works perfectly. Battery holds 87% health, camera's sharp.
exactly what the listing promised
was skeptical about buying refurbished from an online retailer but BestMobileCanada's inspection process seems legit. Device arrived in 24 hours, looks excellent with no screen defects, battery's at 89%. The warranty backing it up makes a real difference. Would buy from them again.
works fine, but shows its age
Got the 128GB fair condition model and honestly, that's what you get. There's visible wear on the back and edges — nothing surprising for the price point. Battery sits around 82%, which is decent enough for a day of regular use, though I'm not pushing it hard. Camera takes solid photos in good light. The 5G is snappy when available. Main gripe: the screen has a couple tiny scratches that catch light at certain angles, and the listing could've mentioned them specifically. It's a functional phone at a fair price, just don't expect it to look or feel new. The warranty is peace of mind at least.
shipped wrong model entirely
Ordered a Pixel 5a 5G and recieved a Pixel 4a instead. Contacted support and they said I'd need to send it back before they'd ship the right one. That's a week minimum out of pocket. The device itself is fine but this is not the phone I paid for. Really disappointed with how they handled the mix-up.
some scuffs but solid value
Fair condition is accurate. There's visible wear on the edges and back, but nothing deep. Functionally it's flawless. The screen works beautifully, battery's at 84%. For about half the price of new I got a phone that'll last me 2-3 years easy. No regrets.
pristine condition, solid choice
This thing looks almost new. No visible scratches on the screen, back panel is clean, and the 32-point inspection clearly wasn't just a formality. Came with original packaging. Battery sitting at 90%. Took a chance on pre-owned and it paid off—feels like I got a significant discount on something that looks brand new.
solid phone, expected worse condition
The listing said 'Fair' so I was ready for dents and scratches, but honestly it looks better than I thought it would. There's definitely some wear visible if you inspect it closely, but it's functional and the screen still looks good. Battery's acceptable. Given what I paid, can't really complain.
best pre-owned purchase yet
bought this to replace a dying OnePlus and couldn't be happier. Condition is immaculate, battery at 91%, runs everything I throw at it without lag. The 32-point inspection they mention actually shows — nothing surprising when I opened it. For the price difference versus a new flagship, this is the move. Already recommended it to two friends.
looks and runs like new
I was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this arrived in basically mint condition. The 128GB gives me plenty of space, performance is snappy, and the screen is pristine. Came with all the accessories listed. Delivery was next day like they promised. Happy I went this route instead of dropping $700 on new.
Scratches don't matter if it works
Picked up the fair condition version knowing it'd have marks. Screen is perfect, battery's solid at 87%, and it's been reliable for two weeks now. Can't complain for the cost.
