fair condition, fair price
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this worked out. Got the 128GB fair model—has some scuffs on the body and the screen protector has a minor chip, but it all still works. Camera is sharp, software runs smooth, no lag. The warranty gave me peace of mind. Worth the savings over retail.
no issues, great battery health
Was skeptical about ordering a used phone online but this one showed up in perfect working order. The 512GB gives me tons of space, battery's at 90%, and the screen looks brand new. practically like buying new

picked up the fair condition 128GB knowing it'd have some wear. there's visible scratching on the frame and a small dent on the corner, but functionality is solid. battery's at 81% which is respectable. for the price i paid versus new, it's a win. just don't expect it to look pristine.
device arrived completely dead
Ordered the 128GB excellent condition model and it showed up non-responsive. Tried charging for hours, nothing. The listing said it passed their 32-point inspection but clearly something was missed. Contacted support and got the runaround about whether it was a defect or user error. Really frustrating since I specifically chose this retailer for the warranty. Still waiting on resolution.
advertised as excellent but full of scratches
The listing said excellent condition but the back glass looks like it's been through hell. Multiple deep scratches visible in normal light. Battery health degraded to 76%—way below what I'd expect from a device they claim is excellent. Warranty doesn't cover cosmetic damage so I'm stuck. Definitely would not buy from them again.

Got the 512GB version in good condition and it's been reliable. There are minor scratches visible in certain light but nothing that bothers me in daily use. Battery lasts through a normal day. Camera works fine. Nothing fancy about the experience but for the price I paid versus buying new, the value is there.
