works well, visible scratches on body
The S10 Plus handles everything I throw at it. Battery's at 80%, still gets me through a full day of heavy use. The back has scratches and the frame shows wear—I knew that going in based on the listing. For a fair condition device, it's honest. Functionally perfect.
extremely happy with this purchase
Bought a pre-owned S10+ for the first time and was nervous, but this thing arrived in perfect condition. The 128GB is plenty for my needs. Everything works as advertised—camera's sharp, the 6.4" screen is gorgeous, and it came with the warranty already activated. Best Mobile's 32-point inspection must have been thorough because I can't find a single issue. Way cheaper than new and I got it in 2 days.
arrived late and battery was lower
Took 4 days to get here instead of the promised 24 hours. The 128GB good condition unit itself is fine cosmetically, but the battery health came in at 82% — listing said 'good' but didn't specify exactly how low that could go. Warranty's active so I'm covered if it gets worse, but feels like I got the short end.
exactly what the listing said
Bought this as my first pre-owned phone and was honestly a bit nervous. The 32-point inspection they mention actually shows — no hidden damage, everything works. 128GB model, good condition rating was accurate. Been using it daily for a month, no issues.
exactly what i needed
was nervous about buying used but this phone arrived looking brand new. screen doesn't have a mark on it, 512GB is plenty of storage, and battery's at 96%. inspected all 32 points apparently and it shows — no surprises when i opened the box. warranty's nice to have too. saves you like $400 versus a new one and you get the same phone.
fair condition, fair price, no regrets
The listing said "fair" and they weren't kidding—there's visible wear on the edges and some light scratches on the back. But the screen is clean and bright, battery health is solid at 88%, and it runs everything I throw at it without hesitation. Honestly, paying this much less than new and getting a year's warranty made it worth overlooking the cosmetic stuff. It's a phone that works, not a showpiece.
works but feels pricey for the wear
The 512GB in good condition arrived fine and the specs check out. Battery's around 84%, which is acceptable. My issue is the back has more scuffing than I expected from 'good' — nothing broken, just more cosmetic damage than the photos suggested. It works perfectly, but for the asking price I thought it'd look newer.
works fine but battery drains quick
Got the 512GB model and it's been solid for day-to-day stuff. Screen's in good shape, phone feels snappy. My only real complaint is the battery sits around 78% health—it gets me through a full day if I'm careful, but I was hoping for something closer to 85%. For the price I paid it's still decent value compared to buying new, just not the bargain I was expecting.
Fair condition but no surprises
Bought the 128GB marked as fair and yeah, there's some visible wear on the back — but I knew what I was paying for. Screen works great, battery's at 87%. It does what it should and saved me a few hundred bucks.
great value, works like new
Pretty happy with this purchase. Got the 128GB, condition looks excellent—barely any signs of use. Battery's solid at 89%. Everything they said about the device checks out. No surprises, which is honestly the best thing I can say about a used phone.
