does what it's supposed to do
Picked the 128GB fair condition because I didn't want to overspend. It's got some light scratches on the back but nothing that bothers me — I use a case anyway. Battery's at 79%, screen works fine. It's a phone that makes calls and runs apps. Pretty good value.
good phone, just expected better
The S10e works great and the excellent condition rating was accurate—minimal cosmetic wear. But honestly, for the price i paid i thought i'd get a charger included. Battery shows 88% health which is fine but not amazing for 'excellent' condition. It's a capable phone though, no real issues functionally. Just felt like something was missing from the package.
fair condition, works great
Picked this up knowing it was fair condition and that's exactly what I got — visible scratches and dings. But here's the thing: it works flawlessly. 128GB, battery at 85%, no software issues. Sometimes you just want a reliable phone that doesn't look pristine and that's what this is.
good enough but screen has issues
The 256GB excellent condition phone mostly lives up to that. Battery health around 86%, which is solid. My main complaint is there's actually a small dead pixel near the bottom of the screen that I didn't notice until day two. Not a dealbreaker but it's there. The rest of the device is clean and works well. Warranty should cover it if it gets worse.
fair condition works great
honestly surprised how well this phone is holding up. Bought it knowing it had some cosmetic wear and yeah, there's a small dent on the side and the back has visible marks, but who cares when it actually works? Battery's decent at 78%, screen is responsive. For the price I paid versus buying new I can't complain.
decent phone, packaging was rough
The device itself is in excellent condition like described — no scratches, battery at 85%, everything functions. But the packaging when it arrived was kind of beat up, which made me nervous before I even opened it. Inside was fine but that first impression wasn't great. Works well though so I'm keeping it.
works fine but shows its age
128GB fair condition listing was honest. There are visible marks on the back and sides, which I expected at this price point. It functions totally fine — camera's decent, processor handles my apps without lag. Battery drains a bit faster than I'd like (was at 81%), but the warranty gives me peace of mind if something goes wrong. Not disappointed, just feels used.
battery died after two weeks
Arrived fast and the phone looked immaculate — which is why I'm confused about what happened. It was listed as excellent condition, and it was. But the battery started dropping randomly, wouldn't hold a charge past 20%, and within two weeks it basically died. I contacted warranty support and they've been slow to respond. The phone itself seemed fine, just a lemon I guess.
decent phone, mediocre experience
The 256GB fair condition unit works okay. Camera's decent, processing is fine. I guess my issue is they listed it as fair but there are deeper scratches than I expected on the screen edges. Not terrible, just felt a bit misrepresented. Battery health is acceptable at 84%. It's functional but I'm not thrilled with the grading accuracy.
surprised how good it still is
wasn't sure about buying used but the S10e 128GB arrived and honestly it's in great shape. battery health at 87%, barely any visible marks. the 32-point inspection they do actually seems legit. screen's bright and responsive. for what i paid versus a new phone, this was the right call.
