solid little phone for the price
Picked this up to replace my aging Pixel and wasn't sure if dropping that much on a used device made sense. But after going through their 32-point inspection checklist and seeing it was Good condition, I figured it was worth a shot. Screen's sharp, the hinge feels solid, and honestly the form factor is fun even if I don't flip it constantly. Battery sits around 87% which is respectable for a used unit. Delivery was quick too. No complaints so far.
does the job but some wear shows
Bought this as a fair condition unit and yeah, you can see some light scratches on the back and the screen has a couple of micro-marks if you look close. That said, it all works fine—no dead pixels, the fold mechanism is tight, and it charges normally. Battery's at 86%. I knew what I was getting into with the fair rating, so I'm not upset, just noting that the listing was accurate. Still saves me $300 over new.
looks almost untouched
The 256GB arrived and I genuinely thought they'd made a mistake because it's in such good shape. Screen is flawless, no scratches on the glass, and the hinge feels tight. Been using it for two weeks now with zero issues. Extremely happy with this purchase.
good phone, shipping took longer
Device itself is in fair condition as described — visible scuffs on the edges and a slight mark on the back cover. Everything works though, battery at 85% and no dead pixels. My only complaint is it took 3 days to arrive when they promise 24 hours, but the phone itself is solid for the price.
solid second-hand purchase
Phone showed up within 24 hours. Condition matches what they said — some light marks on the frame but the screen and hinge look great. Battery health is solid. For the price difference from new, I'm happy with it.
works great, looks almost new
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect from a pre-owned Z Flip, but this thing is clean. No visible marks on the screen or the body, the hinge works smoothly, and it arrived within 24 hours like they promised. Battery's at 87%, which is solid. For the price I paid versus a brand new one, this is a no-brainer. Already recommended it to two friends.
works great, happy so far
Bought this in fair condition and the cosmetic wear is noticeable but expected. Some scratches on the frame, battery at 80%. Screen and hinge are both good. Honestly for the savings over buying new, I can't complain. Warranty is reassuring too.
fantastic condition, better than expected
Was really nervous buying a used phone for the first time, but this Z Flip arrived in basically mint condition. The screen is crisp, no scratches I can see, and the fold feels solid. Battery's sitting at 91% which is well above the 85% threshold they list. Saved a couple hundred bucks compared to buying new and I got the same device. The 32-point inspection they did definitely shows—no surprises when I opened the box.
great deal for the money
First time buying pre-owned and I was nervous but this arrived in really good shape. Minor wear on the back but nothing that bothers me. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows — everything works perfectly and the battery sits at 88%. Good value compared to retail.
solid phone, solid price
Picked this up two weeks ago and have no real complaints. Battery's at 90%, the display is sharp, build feels sturdy. There's maybe one tiny scratch on the frame if you tilt it in the light, but nothing you'd notice in daily use. Arrived next day, which was nice. The value compared to retail is what sold me on going pre-owned, and I'm glad I did.
