Customer reviews
device arrived completely non-functional
Ordered the 512GB and it powered on for maybe 30 seconds before dying. Won't turn back on. Tried everything. Their warranty supposedly covers defects but customer service has been ignoring my emails for a week now. Not impressed. Would've been better off spending the extra cash on a new phone.
exactly what I needed for the price
Picked up the 128GB model and it's been solid. Battery easily gets me through a day, screen is crisp, and the 32-point inspection they did actually showed — zero surprises when it arrived. Way cheaper than buying new and the warranty gives peace of mind.
honest listing, good performance
was nervous about my first pre-owned phone but this alleviated that. Phone runs smooth, 128GB is enough for my needs, and the listed condition matched what showed up. No gimmicks, no surprises.
fair condition, fair price
Expected some cosmetic damage with fair condition, got exactly that. Light scratches, bit of scuffing on the sides. Beyond the surface stuff, phone operates normally. 128GB storage works fine, battery holds a decent charge, no software issues. Not a visual showpiece but it gets the job done.
excellent example of the 13 Pro
This phone looks almost brand new. Screen's bright and responsive, the 128GB is sufficient for what I need, and it runs everything I throw at it without lag. The 32-point inspection they mention actually matters — no hidden issues, everything checked out. Charger came in the box, packaging was decent, and it arrived in time. Really impressed with the condition for the asking price.
512GB, barely used, great price
Picked this up expecting some wear and tear but it's basically pristine. Screen is sharp, camera takes solid photos, and the 512GB means I'm not managing storage like I used to. BestMobileCanada's inspection process clearly caught everything — no surprises when it arrived. Saves me a couple hundred versus new and honestly feels like a steal.
works great despite the scuffs
The description said fair condition and I recieved exactly that — visible wear on the frame, some minor marks — but the phone itself is completely reliable. Screen doesn't have any scratches, camera's clear, and the battery percentage checked out. Arrived within their 24-hour window. Hard to beat this price point, and the year warranty gives peace of mind. If you're not precious about cosmetics, this is a no-brainer.
fair condition but totally functional
I knew going in this one had some marks on the body, and yeah, there's a small scratch on the back and the frame shows signs of use. That said, it works perfectly. Battery's holding up fine, screen's responsive, no dead pixels. For the price I paid compared to a brand new one, this is solid value. The 256GB gives me room to breathe without dropping $800+ on retail.
decent phone, minor screen issue
The 128GB model is nice enough but there's a small dark spot on the screen that's noticeable in bright light — wasn't mentioned in the listing. Everything else works, battery's OK, and it hasn't gotten worse. For the price it's acceptable, just wish they'd flagged it.
pretty good value, nothing remarkable
Been using this 128GB for a few weeks now. It's reliable and does what I need. Performance is fine, speakers are passable. My only gripe is the charger wasn't in the box so I had to buy one separately. Not a bad purchase but not exciting either — it's just a phone that works.
