screen has dead pixel
Got the fair condition 256GB model. There's a small dead pixel near the bottom of the screen that's noticeable on white backgrounds. Performance is OK and the battery isn't terrible, but I wasn't expecting a defect even in fair condition. The warranty should cover it but haven't contacted them yet.
seriously impressed for the price
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this thing looks and runs like new. 512GB means I'm not constantly managing storage like I was before. The 120Hz display is buttery smooth scrolling through apps and games. Battery sits around 88% health and easily lasts a full day. BestMobileCanada's inspection process clearly works—no surprises, no hidden damage. Better value than the new version at the carrier.
does exactly what I need
Bought this as a backup phone and it's been solid. Screen's crisp, camera handles low light better than my old device. Storage is plenty at 512GB. Arrived within the promised timeframe and the 32-point inspection apparently caught the small scuff on the corner—they were honest about it in the photos. Can't complain for the price.
works fine but battery is weak
The phone itself is in perfect condition — no scratches, display looks great, everything runs smooth. But the battery's only at 80%, which is lower than I expected for 'excellent' condition. BestMobile was honest about it in the listing, so that's on me for not reading closer. It still works, just not ideal for all-day heavy use.
solid phone, good condition
Pretty happy with this purchase. The 256GB is enough space for my needs. Device came exactly as described—minimal wear, screen's flawless. Hasn't had any software issues in the week I've owned it. One year warranty is reassuring. Not flashy but gets the job done and saved me a few hundred bucks compared to new.
did what i needed, no regrets
Was hesitant about buying pre-owned but the 512GB version showed up in good shape. Some light marks on the back but nothing that bothers me—definitely expected that at this price. Battery's holding strong at 92%, screen looks clean, and it's been snappy for everything I throw at it. Got it within the 24-hour window too. The warranty sealed the deal for me; makes a huge difference knowing I'm covered if something goes wrong.
everything works, no hiccups
Honestly just needed a reliable phone without spending flagship money. This Redmi Note checks that box. Performance is smooth, battery's solid, camera's decent for everyday shots. Arrived fast and the box condition didn't matter to me—only the phone does. It's been flawless so far.
battery already dropping after 2 weeks
Recieved the phone in excellent condition visually, but the battery is draining way faster than the 85% rating suggested. Down to 60% by mid-afternoon with normal use. Contacted support and they said it might improve, but it's been two weeks and nothing's changed. Warranty covers it so I guess I'll get it replaced, but frustrating given the price difference vs buying new.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Came in the box yesterday. Screen is bright, phone feels snappy with the processor. Battery lasts me about two days with moderate use. Got the excellent condition version and it really does look new. Pretty happy with it.
good phone, minor scratches on back
Ordered the fair condition unit and honestly it's held up well. There's a couple small marks on the back like they said, but nothing that bothers me day-to-day. Battery's sitting around 88%, screen is clean. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call.
