exceeded expectations for the price
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this 128GB arrived in solid shape despite being listed as fair. A couple of small scratches on the back that I can barely see. Recieved it within 24 hours. Battery's at 82% and holds up fine through a full day. The 32-point inspection they mentioned actually matters — you can tell someone checked this thing properly. Not spending $300 more for a new one when this does the job just as well.
reliable tablet, exactly what i needed
Been using this iPad for two months now. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels, and the battery sits around 88% health. It arrived in good condition with all the expected wear for a pre-owned device. The 128GB gives me enough space for apps and media. Solid value compared to buying new.
excellent condition, best value out there
Bought this refurbished iPad and couldn't be happier. It looks brand new—no scratches I can find anywhere. The 32GB is enough for what I use it for (reading, light browsing), and the battery health at 93% is fantastic. The warranty gave me peace of mind as a first-time pre-owned buyer. Recieved it within 24 hours. This is how you do pre-owned right.
really solid, minor hiccup
The 128GB tablet runs smooth and the screen is sharp. Condition matches the listing — basically looks new. Only thing: delivery took 3 days instead of their usual 24h promise, which was annoying since I needed it sooner. Otherwise can't complain. Battery's good, warranty gives me peace of mind.
does what it's supposed to
Bought the 128GB excellent condition model. It lives up to that description — looks barely used. Charged it up and it's snappy enough for browsing and some light work. One small complaint: the box didn't include the original charger, only a generic USB-C one. Not a dealbreaker since I had one, but would've been nice to have. Otherwise solid device.
it works, but feels a bit dated
So the iPad arrived on time and in the condition they said—good, nothing wrong there. Battery's decent at around 85%. But honestly after using it for a month, it feels a bit slow compared to newer models, even for basic tasks like scrolling through apps. The 32GB also fills up quick if you're not careful. It's functional but I expected more punch for the price.
good buy, only wish charger was included
Pretty happy with this purchase overall. The iPad is in good condition with just light wear on the edges. Performance is snappy, screen is bright, 128GB is plenty of space. Only downside is the charger wasn't in the box—had to buy one separately. That's a small thing though. Still works great and the warranty is solid.
works but battery drains faster than expected
The device itself is fine—screen looks decent, no major cracks. But the battery percentage they listed was optimistic. Drops to 20% by early evening with light use. It still functions and the 1-year warranty covers it, so I'm not upset, just disappointed they didn't catch that during the 32-point inspection. 32GB storage is tight too.
fair condition, still works great
Got the 32GB model knowing it'd have some marks. Screen's fine, battery holds charge decently. Does everything I need for the price. Way cheaper than buying new.
battery died after two weeks
Listing said the battery was at 87%, but it dropped to 23% after just a few hours of light use. Contacted support about the warranty and they wanted me to pay for diagnostics before covering it. The tablet itself looks pristine, but if the battery's already failing, that's a problem. Disappointed.
