solid little device
First time buying refurbished electronics and was honestly nervous. This Mini arrived pristine though — screen's perfect, no scuffs anywhere. 16GB is tight but works for what I need. Fired right up, no issues. The warranty is nice to have just in case. Would buy from BestMobileCanada again.

Pretty straightforward — bought it, it works. Some light scratches on the back which is normal for the price. Screen looks good, apps load fine. Battery's holding up okay. Not fancy but gets the job done if you just need a tablet that isn't brand new.

good condition, minor scratches on back
Picked this up as a backup tablet and it's been solid. Screen is clean, works fast enough for reading and video. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is there's a small scratch on the back I didn't expect — listing said "good" but could've mentioned that. Still, for the price compared to buying new, hard to complain.
disappointed with the battery
Showed up fast which was good, but the battery was already at 82% health when I tested it, and the listing said "good condition." It drains noticeably quicker than my friend's iPad. Also the charging cable has a weird bend in it — probably got that way in their warehouse. The tablet itself runs fine but the whole experience felt rushed.
works but battery drains fast
The tablet itself is fine. Runs apps, no crashes, 64GB gives me plenty of space. But the battery only holds about 70% of what it should — they listed it as "fair" condition and I guess that's technically accurate. It'll drain from full to dead in maybe 5-6 hours with normal use. If you don't mind charging it constantly, it's okay.

Even with pre-owned, this feels like an actual deal. Been two months with zero problems. Solid company, solid product.
