great value for a secondary tablet
Bought this as a backup device for reading and light work. The 128GB gives me plenty of space. Build quality feels solid, the inspection report was detailed and matched what I received. No surprises, which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely cheaper than buying new.
16GB is tight but it works
Fits in my bag easily and does the job for travel. The 16GB storage means I had to clean up my apps a bit, but the device itself runs smooth. Battery health at 87%. Can't complain at this price point.
surprised how well it still works
Picked up the 16GB excellent condition model and honestly wasn't sure what to expect since iPad Mini 4s are pretty old at this point. Screen is crisp, no dead pixels, body has basically no marks. Battery sits around 90% health. Runs my apps fine, handles videos and reading without lag. At this price point versus buying new, it's genuinely hard to beat. Very happy with this purchase.
good, but took longer than expected
The tablet itself is solid—128GB, screen is bright, no obvious damage. My only gripe is it arrived on day 3, not day 1 like the site says. Still within reason, just not the "24h" they advertise. Otherwise happy with it.

Was nervous about buying pre-owned since I'd never done it before, but this 128GB in good condition turned out to be exactly right for my needs. Screen has some light scratching but honestly doesn't bother me — you can only see it at certain angles. Battery's holding at 87%, plenty for my daily use. Showed up with the charger, came in decent packaging. Warranty is good peace of mind. Paid way less than a new one and I'm not going to baby it as much, so the condition doesn't matter to me.
does what i need it to do
Was skeptical buying pre-owned but this works fine. It's responsive, apps load quickly, no lag. Screen's clean and bright enough for everything I use it for. Nothing fancy to say—it's just a reliable tablet at a price that makes sense versus dropping cash on a new one.
DOA — device completely dead
Won't even turn on. Received it yesterday, tried charging for 2 hours, nothing. Tried hard reset, nothing. Contacted support and they said I need to wait 5 business days for a warranty claim response. For a $189 device that's supposed to be inspected at 32 points, this is frustrating. Seems like quality control missed this one.
