solid deal on a fair unit
Picked up the 32GB in Fair condition because I didn't want to overpay. Some scuffs on the casing as described, but the display is clean and responsive. Been using it daily for a month now with no issues. Saves me a few hundred bucks compared to new.
works fine, looks worn
The iPad Air 64GB is fully functional and the battery holds up reasonably well. That said, there are visible scratches and scuffs on the aluminum frame—way more than I expected for "fair" condition, though I suppose that's what fair means. It does what it's supposed to do, just not as pristine looking as I'd hoped.
works well, minor cosmetic issue
The 64GB Fair model does everything I need. Runs smooth, battery's fine at 88%. Only small thing is there's a hairline scratch on the side I didn't notice in the photos, but honestly doesn't affect function. Fair price for Fair condition—no surprises.
exactly what I needed
Picked up the 16GB model and it's been solid. Battery's at 92%, screen looks crisp, and everything works as described. For the price versus buying new, this was the right call.
surprises me every day
Went in skeptical about buying used—this is my first refurbished device. The 64GB iPad Air arrived with barely a mark on it despite being listed as "fair." Battery's performing well at 87%, screen's sharp, and the 32-point inspection really shows they took care with it. Best impulse buy I've made in a while, honestly. Warranty gives peace of mind too.
battery life is disappointing
The 16GB model works but the battery's only at 78%, which is lower than I expected even for "fair" condition. It gets through maybe 6 hours of regular use before needing a charge. That's frustrating for a tablet I thought would last longer between top-ups.
screen has dead pixels
The listing said "excellent" condition but there are at least three dead pixels visible on the display, especially noticeable with white backgrounds. The device itself functions fine and the battery is decent, but for a 64GB model listed as excellent, I expected better quality control. The warranty is helpful but I shouldn't have to use it for this.
good tablet, some visible wear
Got the 32GB Fair condition model and honestly it's what I expected. Screen works great, but there's some marks on the back that don't bother me since I knew it was Fair. Battery holds up fine. For the price versus new, hard to complain.
solid tablet, great value
Got the 32GB excellent condition unit and honestly can't complain. Battery's at 89%, no visible damage on the screen or frame, came with the original box and cable. Arrived within 24 hours too. This is what a good pre-owned device should look like.
decent value but took a while
Ordered the 32GB Fair and it took 3 days to arrive, not the promised 24. Device itself is fine though—shows its age with some marks, but screen is clear and it performs well. Charger wasn't included which I should've noticed in the listing. Still a decent buy at this price point.
