works fine but more wear than expected
The iPad itself runs fine, no issues with performance or the display. My complaint is that the listing said "fair condition" but I was hoping for fewer scratches on the back. They're not deep, just more visible than I thought they'd be at this price point. Battery's at 82% which is acceptable. Warranty is good to have but I wish the screen protector had been included.
good value, fair price for fair condition
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this went better than expected. The 64GB is plenty of storage for what I need. Yeah, there's a small dent on the corner and the screen has a tiny scratch that's hard to see unless you look close, but I knew what "fair" meant when I ordered. Battery sits around 82% health which is decent. Saving $200+ versus new felt worth it.
works but slower than expected
it's a working iPad, does what it's supposed to do. 32GB is enough space. Battery's okay. My only real complaint is it took 3 days to arrive even though the site says 24 hours, and it came with some light dust under the screen that bugs me more than it probably should. Not broken or anything, just felt like it could've been inspected a bit more carefully. Still usable though.
battery drains way too fast
Got this 16GB model listed as "excellent condition" but the battery is shot. Says 67% health on the diagnostics and dies after maybe 3 hours of light use. The screen and body look fine, but if I'm paying for an "excellent" device, the battery should reflect that. Contacted support but they said it's still within warranty specs. Feels like a stretch.
solid performer with some scuffs
Picked this up knowing the condition was listed as "fair" and it's honestly fine. There are some visible marks on the back and edges, but nothing that affects how it works. Screen's still bright, no dead pixels. For the price difference versus buying new, the trade-off made sense for me. Works well for reading and streaming.
exactly what I needed for the price
Picked up the 16GB in excellent condition and it's been solid. Screen is sharp, no dead pixels, and the battery's holding at 89%. Showed up in 2 days and the 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit — no surprises when I opened the box.
solid but one thing's off
showed up next day which was nice. 32GB model in fair condition and it is what it is — couple of marks, some screen reflection damage in one corner. Works great otherwise, Apps load fast enough, no lag. Only hiccup: the box didn't include the charging cable, just the adapter. Minor thing but worth noting if you're buying your first used device. Otherwise happy with the purchase.
great value, minor cosmetic marks
Was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but this made it easy. The 16GB is snappy, screen looks great even with a couple small scratches on the aluminum frame that honestly don't bother me. Battery at 87%. Got it within 24 hours and the whole process felt transparent — no hidden damage or surprises.
