battery died within a month
Ordered the 256GB model which arrived in good shape. No visible damage, looked clean. But the battery started dropping to 20% by mid-afternoon after about three weeks. Contacted support and they processed the warranty claim, but it took forever and I was without the device for two weeks. The tablet itself is fine when it's actually charged, but the battery issue soured the whole experience.
solid tablet, way cheaper than new
Grabbed this with some minor scuff marks on the back since i didn't need pristine condition. Everything works perfectly. Screen's crisp, no dead pixels, battery holds decent charge. The 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind too. Honestly way better value than buying brand new when you're not fussed about cosmetics.
solid upgrade from my old tablet
Bought this iPad Air 5 in fair condition and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. There are some scuffs on the aluminum but nothing that bothers me. Battery's holding up at 87%, screen looks good, and the 32-point inspection they do actually means something. For the price, this is way better than dropping full retail.
works fine, but battery concerns
got this in excellent condition according to the listing, but the battery's sitting at 82% which feels lower than what they claimed during inspection. screen's perfect, no scratches, came well packaged. it runs fine for what i need but wasn't expecting the battery to be that worn already. for the price of a used one, i thought it'd be closer to 90%.
exceeds expectations for the price
Showed up in two days with minimal packaging waste. Good condition 256GB model—a few light scratches if you really look for them, but the display is genuinely flawless. Battery's at 92%, all 32 inspection points checked out. I'm using this for work and media and haven't had a single hiccup. Best value I've found on iPad Air 5s anywhere.
exactly what I needed, no regrets
Needed a larger tablet for work and didn't want to spend full retail. The 256GB excellent model showed up in what looks like mint condition—no scratches I can find. Battery at 96%, screen's flawless. The inspection checklist gives you confidence they actually checked the thing properly. Two-day delivery was faster than expected.
good enough for my needs
Using it for reading, light photo editing, and streaming. The 64GB is plenty for me. No scratches on the screen that I can see. Battery report said 87%, which is solid for a pre-owned unit. The 1-year warranty was the main thing that made me comfortable buying used.
excellent condition, fast delivery
Bought the 64GB and it looks almost new. Battery at 95%, not a scratch on the screen, came in original packaging. Shipped within 24 hours like they promised. Really impressed with how thorough the inspection was — you can tell they actually check these devices properly.
works but has some quirks
Got this 256GB in fair condition so I expected some wear. Screen has a couple minor scratches but nothing that affects use. Performance is solid and the apps load fine. My main complaint is the home button feels a bit loose compared to my old iPad, though it still responds. For the price and condition, it's decent, just not perfect.
works fine but definitely shows its age
Got the 64GB Fair condition model and yeah, you can see the wear — couple of small dings on the aluminum frame and the back has some light scratches. That said, it still works great, screen's responsive, and the price reflected what I was getting. Battery's at 82% which isn't amazing but acceptable. Warranty's nice to have in case something goes wrong later. It's a functional device if you're okay with cosmetic damage.
