impressive condition for the price
Was skeptical about the 512GB but when it showed up it looked barely used. Screen's flawless, no dents, battery sitting at 86%. Threw it in my bag immediately and it's been solid. For what I paid versus a brand new one, this is genuinely hard to beat. The warranty doesn't hurt either.
good condition, minor hiccup
Really happy with this purchase. Device came in good condition, screen's excellent, 512GB gives plenty of room. Only thing: shipping took 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours, which wasn't a huge deal but worth mentioning. Otherwise solid value and no regrets.
completely dead on arrival
This is frustrating. Device arrived and won't power on at all. Tried multiple chargers, nothing. Called support and they said warranty covers defects but the process is taking forever. For a 1-year warranty device, I expected better QC before shipping.
fair but functional, saved money
It's got some visible wear and scratches — which matched the fair condition listing — but functionally it's perfect. Battery at 86%. Saved enough compared to a new one that the cosmetic stuff doesn't bother me. Shipping was quick.

This thing looks nearly new in person. Barely any marks on the screen or body. 128GB is enough for my needs, and it's significantly cheaper than the Apple Store. Battery health at 89%. No complaints so far.

The tablet itself runs great, no performance issues at all. Fair condition means it's got visible marks on the back and some light scratches on the bezels, which I expected at this price point. Battery sits around 85%. I knew what I was getting into with "Fair" and I'm okay with that trade-off.
