great value for what you get
Grabbed the 128GB Good condition and it's been great so far. Screen is clear, no dead pixels, battery holding at 83%. Few light scratches on the back that don't bother me. Delivery was fast. For the price difference versus new, you really can't beat it. Still has the full year warranty too.
does the job, some marks but fair price
Bought the 512GB Fair condition model. it has scratches on the back and some scuffs on the bezel like they said, but the screen itself is clean and works perfectly. Battery at 87%. I paid way less than I would have new, so can't complain about cosmetic stuff. warranty covers me if anything goes wrong so that's peace of mind.
Great tablet, tiny scratch on bezel
Recieved this in excellent condition overall—screen is pristine and the 256GB gives plenty of room. There's a small scratch on the bezel that's barely noticeable unless you're looking for it. Works perfectly, battery health was listed at 89% and it holds a charge all day for my use. For the price versus buying new, this was the right call.
everything arrived in perfect shape
Honestly thought I'd see more wear on a pre-owned device rated excellent, but nope—this 512GB is basically spotless. The packaging was well-done, arrived two days ago, and the inspection paperwork showed all the testing they actually ran. 12.9-inch display is stunning. I've used it every day since and haven't had a single hiccup. If I'd bought new I'd have paid almost double. Very happy I went this route.
exactly what I needed, no surprises
First time buying pre-owned electronics and I was nervous. Got the 256GB in Good condition and honestly it's perfect. Screen is pristine, battery at 86%, came with the original charger. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows—device is clean inside and out. Better than overpaying for new when this does everything I need.
good but battery drained faster than expected
The 256GB Good condition unit arrived fast and looks almost mint. No visible scratches on the screen, which matters most to me. Only issue: the battery health showed 79% when I tested it a week in, not the 84% listed. Still works fine for Netflix and emails, but I was hoping for better longevity given the price point. Otherwise solid tablet.
solid performer, looks newer than Good rating
honestly, the 256GB Good condition model looks better than I expected. maybe one tiny scratch near the sim tray but the screen and back glass are basically unmarked. battery at 85%, no lag, all 12 cores running smooth. paid half what Best Buy wanted for a new one. this is the kind of deal that makes sense if you're not hung up on having a sealed box.

Picked up the 256GB in good condition. There are some minor signs of use but nothing that bothers me or affects how it works. Screen's sharp, no stuck pixels. I use it mainly for work emails and notes so I'm not pushing it hard, but performance is solid.
disappointed with battery health on arrival
The 512GB Fair condition iPad arrived on time but the battery health was already at 76% straight out of the box, which seems lower than typical for Fair condition stock. Screen has visible scratches as warned, but I expected the battery to be in better shape given the listing. It works, but for this price I thought I'd get more lifespan. The warranty is good to have at least.
