Device arrived completely dead
Ordered this tablet thinking I was getting a bargain on a refurbished unit. Plugged it in when it arrived and nothing. Won't turn on, won't charge. Tried different chargers, different outlets. Still nothing. The listing said "good condition" and "tested" but clearly that inspection missed something major. Warranty is supposed to cover this but dealing with returns has been a pain. Very disappointed, especially for a pre-owned purchase where you expect at least basic functionality.
solid tablet for the price
Picked this up as a replacement for an old iPad. 64GB is plenty for apps and a few shows. Screen looks clean, battery holds a decent charge. Came well packaged and arrived next day like they promised. No regrets.
solid tablet for the price
Picked this up as a budget option for streaming and basic work. The 256GB gives plenty of space, screen looks clean, and battery holds up pretty well through a full day. No dead pixels or major marks on the casing. Worth the savings over a new one.
no complaints here
Got the 256GB model yesterday and it's been running smoothly ever since. The device looks and feels like it was barely used — screen is pristine, edges are clean, no weird stuttering or lag. Battery percentage is solid. For what I paid, this is genuinely excellent value. Packaging was secure too, nothing arrived damaged.
works great, just fair condition
Bought this knowing it was in Fair shape and that's exactly what I got. There's visible wear on the back and some light marks on the frame, but nothing that affects how it runs. Battery's doing its job, 128GB is plenty, and I've had no crashes or glitches. Pretty happy for the price point honestly — new ones cost way more.
battery drains too fast
Recieved the tablet in decent physical shape, so that part was fine. But the battery is draining way faster than the listing suggested. They said 85% health or better and I'm lucky if I get 4 hours of normal use before needing a charge. That's a deal breaker for me since I bought this specifically to use on the go. For a pre-owned device you'd think they'd be more accurate about battery condition. Kind of defeats the purpose.
exactly what I needed
Was skeptical about buying used but this tablet arrived in excellent condition. The screen is bright, no dead pixels, and everything feels solid. Battery shows 94% health. I've been using it daily for streaming and reading, no hiccups. The warranty gave me peace of mind. At this price point it's hard to beat compared to buying new.
decent but shows its age
The tablet works fine overall — apps load, videos play, no real issues there. Battery's sitting around 82% health which is acceptable I guess. My main gripe is the screen has a couple of faint scratches that catch the light sometimes. They told me it was Fair condition so I wasn't expecting mint, but still. For the price it's okay, just not amazing.
does everything I need it to
Been using this for about 3 weeks now. Screen is crisp, performance is solid for apps and streaming. Battery easily gets me through a day of normal use. Got the 128GB and storage feels plenty. It arrived in good shape and the whole process from order to receiving was smooth. For the price compared to new, this is a smart buy.
good device, one small issue
Really happy with this purchase overall. The tablet performs well, 128GB gives me plenty of space, and the build quality is solid. Took about 2 days to arrive which was fine. My only minor complaint is there's a tiny scratch on the back I didn't expect based on the listing, but it doesn't affect use. Still a great deal and the 1-year warranty is reassuring.
