fair condition but honest about it
I knew going in this one was marked 'fair' and yeah, there's some visible scuffing on the back and a couple light marks on the bezel. Honestly though, that's exactly what the listing showed. 256GB gives plenty of space, battery's acceptable at 81%, and the thing runs smooth. If you're OK with a tablet that's been through the wringer cosmetically but still performs, this is decent value. The warranty helped me feel better about taking a chance on a used device.
works great despite visible wear
Bought the fair condition 256GB model knowing it would show some use. There are definitely scratches on the back, but the screen is clean and everything functions perfectly. The price reflected that, so no surprises. Battery lasts as expected and performance is responsive.
excellent condition, does everything i need
Grabbed the 256GB model and it's been solid. Screen looks pristine, battery's holding around 92%, and the whole thing feels like new. At this price point versus buying retail, it's hard to complain. Arrived within the 24-hour window too.
good tablet, but battery could be better
The 128GB is perfectly functional for what I use it for — mostly streaming and reading. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows. My one gripe is the battery seems to sit around 78-80%, which is fine but not great. Still, compared to what you'd pay new, the value's there. No dead pixels, no real cosmetic issues worth mentioning.
works great despite the fair rating
honestly didn't expect much from the "fair" condition label, but this thing just works. yeah, there's visible wear and the back's got some marks, but the screen is usable and battery's holding up. for what i paid versus new, it's a win. warranty gave me peace of mind too.
dead battery after two weeks
Device arrived fine and initially seemed OK, but within two weeks the battery started dropping to near zero randomly. It's supposed to be in excellent condition and the listing said 85%+ battery health. I contacted support but this has been frustrating. The tablet itself works otherwise, just can't rely on it.
impressive condition and performance
Recieved this 128GB excellent condition unit and I'm genuinely impressed. The display is sharp, no scratches or blemishes that I can spot. Battery health is at 91%, which is excellent for a pre-owned device. It arrived fast and the warranty paperwork was straightforward. When you factor in how much cheaper this is than buying new, it's hard to complain. Definitely the right choice for me.
solid tablet, no real complaints
Showed up in 2 days which was nice. The 256GB model gave me plenty of space right away. Screen is crisp, performance is smooth for what I do (videos, reading, light gaming). The condition was listed as good and that's exactly what I got — couple minor marks but nothing that bothers me.
impressive screen quality, great value
Was skeptical about buying pre-owned but this 128GB unit changed my mind. The display is genuinely sharp and vibrant — way better than I expected from a used tablet. Battery's at 89%, packaging was careful, and the warranty gave me peace of mind. It just works. Would've cost me way more new.
arrived completely dead, stayed dead
Ordered the 128GB excellent condition model. Device showed up unresponsive. Tried charging for hours—nothing. Contacted support about the warranty and got told it wasn't covered as a manufacturing defect because "used devices have unknown history." Disappointing way to handle it. Sent it back but the whole process was frustrating.
