excellent buy
Recieved this in excellent condition—basically looks untouched. Battery at 94%, original packaging, the whole thing. I've been using the Razr flip for two weeks now and it's snappy, the hinge is smooth, screen's flawless. Bought it to see if I liked the form factor before committing to new pricing, and at this price point for 256GB in this shape, it was smart money.
works fine, but a bit pricey
The phone itself is fine. Good condition, no real defects I can spot, battery at 88%, screen looks sharp. But honestly? For a pre-owned device, even in good shape, the price felt closer to new than I expected. It's not broken or anything, just didn't feel like the deal I was hoping for. Still comes with the warranty, so that's something.
pretty solid phone for the price
Bought the 512GB model and it's been working great for the past few weeks. No major issues. Screen looks clean, the hinge mechanism is smooth. Yeah, there's a tiny mark on the back if you look at it in the right light, but I expected some wear on a pre-owned unit. Better than dropping $1600 on a new one.
really happy with this purchase
Showed up in two days with the warranty paperwork all clear. The 256GB Good condition means there are some minor marks, but nothing that bothers me in daily use. The phone itself is snappy, the fold mechanism feels tight and reliable. Good value compared to buying new.
surprisingly solid for fair condition
was nervous about buying pre-owned for the first time. The 256GB fair model arrived with a couple light scratches on the back but the screen was pristine. Battery's holding 87%, phone feels responsive, and the whole thing was packed properly. Got it in 26 hours. Not perfect cosmetically but for the savings versus retail, I can't complain.
great foldable, no regrets
Pretty happy with this purchase. The 256GB good condition unit arrived in 24 hours—kept my phone working while my old one died. Screen crease is barely noticeable after a day of use. Battery's at 89%. It's a wild phone to use, and getting it pre-owned knocked off enough to make it feel like a win.
flips open perfectly, exactly what i needed
Got the 512GB model and it's been flawless. Screen's crisp, the flip mechanism is smooth, and the 32-point inspection clearly paid off — no hidden surprises. Battery sits around 92% health which is solid for pre-owned. Shipped within 24 hours and the warranty paperwork was already set up. For the price vs buying new, this is the move.
exceeded my expectations honestly
Was nervous about buying refurbished, but this 256GB Razr arrived in really good shape. The 32-point inspection clearly did its job. Battery's holding strong at 94%. No dead pixels, no weird noises. Happy with it.
fair condition, solid performance
Got this 512GB model knowing it'd have some cosmetic wear, and that's exactly what I got. The screen works perfectly, battery holds at 87%, and it arrived in the original box. For the price difference versus buying new, the scratches on the back don't bother me one bit.
dead phone, no support
Received the 512GB model and it wouldn't power on. Tried different chargers, waited 48 hours, nothing. Contacted support and they asked me to send it back, which meant shipping delays and I'm still waiting for a replacement after two weeks. The warranty promise means nothing if the phone arrives broken and the process is this slow. Really disappointed.
