battery died after two weeks
Listing said 85% battery health but it was dropping 20% per hour. Device showed fair condition which I expected, but the battery performance was way worse than advertised. Contacted support and they said it's within spec. Not impressed.
works fine, just not what i expected
The phone itself runs smoothly and the screen is clean, no complaints there. But the folding mechanism feels a bit loose compared to videos I watched online, and honestly it's just really bulky in my pocket. For the price point, thought I'd get something that felt more premium. It's a working device though.
this thing is seriously solid
Bought it sight unseen from Canada and arrived next day. The 256GB is snappy, screen is flawless, and the fold feels tight. At this price versus buying new, the 32-point inspection they did actually shows — no surprises. Battery's sitting at 88% which is realistic. One year warranty takes the risk out of going pre-owned.
the fold actually works
Grabbed the 256GB and was worried the hinge would feel cheap after a few months, but it's solid. Screen's crisp, no dead pixels. Battery sits around 87% health which is perfectly fine for the price I paid versus buying new. Came in the promised 24 hours and the warranty gives me peace of mind.
solid everyday phone, no issues
Been using the 512GB for almost a month now. It just works — camera's decent, battery lasts a full day, and the folding screen hasn't glitched once. Condition was listed as good and it looks good. The warranty gives peace of mind even though I haven't needed it. Worth the money.
handles everything i throw at it
grabbed the 512GB model in good condition and it's been solid for three weeks. Battery stays around 82-85%, which matches what was listed. Delivery was quick. The phone doesn't feel secondhand at all — no weird quirks, no random restarts. does what it's supposed to do.
excellent condition, worth the money
First time buying a pre-owned phone and I was nervous about getting burned. Opened the 512GB model and honestly, it looks untouched. The 32-point inspection they do actually shows — no scratches on the frame, screen is flawless. Battery health at 89%. Comparing this to the retail price, I saved a solid amount and don't feel like I compromised on anything. Device runs smooth, the foldable mechanism clicks satisfyingly. Would order from BestMobileCanada again.
better than expected for the price
First time buying refurbished and was nervous, but this arrived in way better shape than "fair" condition suggested. Minor scuffs on the edges that I'm fine with. Battery runs strong, folds smooth, 256GB handles my apps easily. Best part? Saved like $400 versus new and got a warranty. No regrets.
