pretty solid second phone
Was nervous buying pre-owned since this is my first time, but the 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit. Got the 256GB fair variant. Couple light scratches on the back which I expected. Everything else works great — display is crisp, no dead pixels, cameras are sharp. Only knocking off a star because delivery took 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours. Still happy with it.

Picked up the 512GB model because I needed the storage. Battery's at 96%, screen looks untouched, and it came in original packaging which was a nice touch. The warranty gave me confidence buying second-hand for the first time. Camera quality is sharp, performance is snappy. No real complaints here.

great buy, tiny cosmetic issue
Phone arrived quickly and works perfectly. Small scratch on the back corner that I honestly didn't notice until day two, but it was listed as excellent condition so maybe I should've looked closer at the photos. Nothing that affects function. Happy with the purchase overall.
really impressed, no regrets
Recieved this yesterday and it's incredible. Excellent condition was spot on — literally looks like it came from the factory. The 512GB storage means I don't have to delete anything, and the screen is so crisp. For the price I paid versus buying new, this was a no-brainer. The warranty makes it feel like less of a risk. Would buy from them again.
dead on arrival, huge letdown
Ordered the 256GB excellent condition model, and when I opened the box it wouldn't even turn on. Tried everything—different charger, held the buttons, nothing. Had to contact support immediately. They said the 32-point inspection missed something major. Waiting on warranty replacement but this was frustrating. Device should work out of the box.

Got the 512GB model with visible cosmetic wear and I'm fine with that. It's a pre-owned device, after all. Everything functions — camera, speaker, the 32-point inspection caught everything they said it would. Battery's holding steady. Honestly for someone who doesn't need mint condition, this is the right call.

The phone runs well enough and the display is bright, but there are definitely some scratches on the frame that I wasn't expecting based on the photos. The listing said 'fair condition' so I guess I should have known. Battery health is sitting at 82% which is honestly lower than I'd like for the price. Still functional, but I'm not thrilled.

I splurged on the 512GB in excellent condition and don't regret it. This phone handles everything I throw at it—apps open instantly, camera is sharp, no lag whatsoever. Battery health at 97% means I'm not babying it every night. The S24 is a genuinely fast phone, and getting it used feels like stealing. Recieved it in perfect condition with all documentation. This is the move if you want flagship performance without the flagship price.
