The 1TB variant showed up yesterday and it's in excellent shape. Zero visible wear on the frame or back. Screen is crystal clear, no dead pixels or scratches. Battery's at 95% health which is practically new. The box was packed well and came with the right cables. Honestly this is better than I expected for a pre-owned device at this price point.

The excellent condition rating wasn't marketing hype. 1TB variant arrived sealed, barely any signs of use anywhere. Battery health at 93%, screen is razor sharp, and I've been using it hard for two weeks now with zero issues. Warranty is good to have but I doubt I'll need it. This is what refurbished should actually mean.
great pre-owned experience
First time buying refurbished and was honestly nervous, but this phone arrived in great condition. Went through their 32-point inspection apparently and you can tell. Been flawless so far. For the price point versus new, this is legitimately good value. No regrets.

Fair condition but solid performer
got a few light scratches on the case that don't bother me much. internally it's clean, battery health at 87% which is respectable. camera quality is where this phone shines, especially in low light. warranty covers me if anything goes sideways.
does what it says on the tin
Recieved the phone in Fair condition as described. Cosmetic marks are obvious but I knew what I was getting. Internals are solid — no glitches, battery's holding fine at 84%. Storage is plenty. Not trying to oversell it, but it's a capable phone at a price that makes sense. Warranty's solid.
solid phone, minor screen scratch
Pretty happy with the 512GB unit in fair condition. There's a small scratch on the screen bezel that I noticed when unboxing, but it doesn't affect usability. Battery's at 85%, performance is snappy. Took about 36 hours to arrive which was a bit slower than the 24-hour window they mention. Still good value overall though.

Ordered Friday, arrived Monday morning. The S24 Ultra runs everything I throw at it without lag. Storage is huge—I keep all my photos and videos local now instead of cloud syncing constantly. Battery sits around 89% health according to the test report they sent. Screen is pristine. At this price versus buying new, it's hard to complain.
