great phone for the money
Wasn't sure about buying pre-owned at first, but this convinced me. 512GB of storage, battery at 88%, and it's been flawless for two weeks now. The warranty paperwork was clear and straightforward. Definitely beats paying full retail.
impressed with the whole experience
Recieved the 512GB in excellent condition—feels almost new. Battery at 91%, screen is flawless, and the shipping was exactly as promised. The fact that they actually do a thorough inspection shows. No issues in the first month of use, and the warranty coverage makes me feel secure. Definitely coming back here.
solid choice if you're budget conscious
Got the 512GB in fair shape. The back has visible wear, couple of tiny dings, but structurally sound. Screen's crisp, no dead pixels, battery at 89%. For the price difference versus new, I'm not complaining. Arrived within their 24h window too.
exactly what the listing promised
Bought this S25 Plus 256GB last week. Device arrived in 24 hours like they said. Condition matches the photos perfectly — no surprises when I opened it. Battery at 96%, camera works great, and the warranty gives me peace of mind. No regrets going pre-owned.
fair condition but totally fine
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 256GB has held up well. Some marks on the case from previous use but honestly, that's what fair condition means. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something—everything checks out.
exactly what i needed
Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned at first, but the 32-point inspection report they sent gave me confidence. The 512GB arrived in perfect condition—no scratches, screen is flawless. Battery's at 94% which is better than I expected. The 1-year warranty is solid too. Showed up within 24 hours. no complaints.
solid phone, arrived with minor cosmetic issue
Got the 512GB Fair condition unit last week. Phone works exactly as described — battery's holding around 87%, no software issues at all. My only small complaint is the back has a few more scuffs than the photo suggested, but they're barely noticeable when you're using it. For the price versus buying new, it's hard to complain. The 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind too.
battery degradation was the dealbreaker
Bought the 256GB in fair condition last month. Device arrived okay cosmetically, some scratches which matched the description. Problem is the battery health is at 76% — well below what I'd expect even for fair condition. They listed it as fair but didn't mention the battery situation upfront. It's still usable but I feel like I wasn't told the full story. The 1-year warranty doesn't cover battery degradation apparently. frustrated with this one.
practically new for half the cost
Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this 256GB in excellent condition changed my mind. Zero visible damage, battery at 93%, and it shipped in 24 hours. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit — nothing wrong with this device. Saved a ton versus new and got basically the same thing.
fair condition, solid phone, fair price
Has visible marks on the frame and back which I knew going in since it's marked 'fair'. Screen's intact though, battery holds 84%, and it runs everything I throw at it without lag. The warranty gives me peace of mind. Not gorgeous to look at but as a daily driver that won't die on me it does its job. Got what I paid for.
