premium phone without the premium price tag
was nervous buying refurbished but bestmobilecanada's inspection process actually worked. got the 512GB, everything is functionally flawless. the inner crease on the fold is barely visible when the screen is off. battery percentage showed 94% in the first charge. took me about two hours to convince myself there wasn't a catch. there isn't.

Came with the original box and cable. Battery at 91%. Paid significantly less than a new one and honestly can't tell the difference. The 1-year warranty sealed it for me.

Showed up fast, 1TB excellent condition, battery at 95% health. Everything works as it should. Fold mechanism is tight, screen colors pop, apps load instantly. Storage space is genuinely useful for someone like me who shoots lots of video. This beats buying new on price alone.

Bought the 1TB knowing it had more visible wear and made peace with that going in. The phone itself works great—no performance issues, battery's at 87%. There's a couple of light scratches on the frame you can feel if you run your finger over it, but nothing that bothers me daily. For the discount I got on fair condition, I can't complain. Still has the full year warranty so I'm covered.
completely broken, won't turn on
Received the 1TB unit and it was dead on arrival. Won't power up no matter what I tried. Contacted support and they kept asking me to charge it for longer, but the device simply doesn't respond. Worst $800 mistake. Warranty claim is pending but I'm frustrated.

Bought the 1TB in excellent condition and that's exactly what I got. Zero visible scratches on either screen or frame. Battery at 94%. The device arrived in original packaging with all accessories. This is legitimately indistinguishable from walking into a store and buying it sealed, except I paid hundreds less. The warranty covers me for a year, so I'm set.
