disappointed with battery
The 512GB model arrived looking okay cosmetically, but battery health was only 81% on the report. That's lower than the listing suggested. Been having to charge mid-day now. It's still usable and the warranty is there if something fails, but I expected better for the price. Shipping was fast at least.
camera is sharp, battery drains fast
Pixel 7 Pro arrived in excellent condition like they said. Screen is pristine, no scratches anywhere. Camera photos are genuinely impressive in low light. But the battery percentage came in at 79% and it doesn't hold a charge like my old phone did — I'm getting maybe 18 hours of moderate use. For the price I paid versus buying new, I expected better battery health. Still usable, but the degradation bothers me.
Fast shipping, clean device
Showed up in a day as promised. 128GB excellent condition looks fresh out of box — no scratches I can find. Pixel's photo processing is genuinely impressive. No complaints at all.
happy with this purchase
Grabbed the 256GB in fair condition knowing what that meant. Yeah, there's some visible wear on the back, couple light scratches. Honestly doesn't bother me. Phone runs great, 32-point inspection came back solid, battery's at 88%. Saved enough versus new that I'm not fussed about the cosmetics.
excellent condition, looks untouched
This 512GB is in excellent condition — seriously, I'd have a hard time telling it apart from new out of the box. The screen is flawless, back panel is clean, and it came well packaged with the USB cable. Battery health at 92%. The fact that it arrived the next day and came with a year's warranty made this feel like a pretty safe bet. No regrets.
exactly what the listing promised
Ordered the 512GB version expecting some wear given the price point. Arrived in 24 hours. Inspection report was thorough — they really did check all 32 points. Device is clean, battery health at 93%, and everything works as it should. The warranty gives me peace of mind. For the cost difference versus new, this is the smarter choice.
excellent 512GB, arrived next day
Showed up in 24 hours and it's basically brand new. No scratches I can find, screen is immaculate, and the 512GB gives me room to breathe with photos and videos. Battery health at 91%. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems legit — it's clearly been gone through carefully. Cheaper than a new one and I get the warranty peace of mind.
no complaints here
this phone is in amazing shape. zero issues with the display, battery's holding up great, and the build feels solid in hand. for the cost versus retail, can't really ask for more. shipped fast too.
dead on arrival, unacceptable
Ordered the excellent condition 128GB model and it arrived completely unresponsive. Won't power on, won't charge, nothing. Contacted support and they said to try troubleshooting for a week before discussing a replacement. Paid for a working phone, not a brick. The warranty should've covered this immediately. Extremely frustrated with the whole experience.
no complaints here
Was skeptical about buying used but this 128GB in good condition proved me wrong. Showed up fast, works perfectly, battery's at a solid percentage. The screen's clean and the whole thing feels like I got lucky. It just works and I don't have to worry about the warranty for a year.
