exactly what I needed
Picked this up to replace my cracked phone and couldn't be happier. The screen is pristine, battery holds a charge all day, and the build quality is solid. okay but battery concerns
Arrived quickly and the phone itself feels well-made. Screen looks clear and there's no obvious damage. My main issue is the battery — it's at 78% capacity and while it gets through a day, it's noticeably weaker than my old phone. The listing said 'good condition' but didn't specify battery health upfront. It works, just not as long as I'd hoped.

Got the A11 in fair condition and yeah, there are some scratches on the back like you'd expect. Phone works fine day-to-day — calls, texts, apps all run smooth enough. My main issue is the battery only holds about 75% charge now, not the 85% that was listed. Still lasts a full day if I'm careful, but I'm charging it every night instead of every other night like my old phone. For the price compared to buying new, it's acceptable, just not as good a deal as I hoped. The warranty is peace of mind at least.
solid option for the money
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this turned out well. Phone arrived within 24 hours, no issues with the display or processor. Camera's decent for everyday use. screen's already glitchy after two weeks
Bought this as my first used phone purchase and was nervous, but BestMobileCanada seemed reliable. Arrived in 24 hours which was great. Problem is the touchscreen started acting weird about two weeks in — sometimes doesn't register swipes or randomly taps on its own. I contacted support and they're handling the warranty claim, so that part's working. Device itself isn't dead, it's usable, but the screen issue makes it frustrating to use. Wouldn't buy again from this batch. The 32GB storage is fine though.
