does what I need it to do
Got this 32GB in good condition for my kid and honestly it's solid. Few light scratches on the back but nothing that bothers us — we knew it was used. Showed up the next day. Battery sits around 80% and lasts a full day with normal use. Camera's fine, screen's bright enough. It's not fancy but it works, and paying half the new price made it worth the minor cosmetic stuff. The warranty gives me peace of mind too.
excellent condition, great value
Was nervous buying pre-owned but the 64GB arrived looking brand new. Barely any signs of use. The inspection report they sent matched what I saw. Battery's at 91%, performance is snappy. Saves me hundreds versus buying new and I get the same phone. Can't complain.
excellent phone, shipping took longer
Got the 32GB in excellent shape—barely used, honestly. The device itself is flawless, battery still strong. Only thing: it took four days to arrive, not the 24 hours they promise. Still can't fault the actual phone though.
genuinely impressed with the quality
The 128GB in good condition looked almost untouched when I opened it. Screen's crisp, no scratches I can see. Phone's been reliable for two weeks now. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something—nothing felt rushed or cheap. Definitely coming back if I need another device.
battery died faster than advertised
Ordered the 64GB excellent condition model and it arrived quickly, which was good. But the battery percentage they listed as 85% was way off — it won't hold a charge past 3 hours of actual use. The screen and body looked genuinely excellent like they said, so that part checked out. For the price I paid, I expected the battery claim to be accurate. Contacted support about the warranty but haven't heard back yet. Probably should've just bought new at this point.

The 32GB came in excellent condition, screen and body look clean. But the battery's already at 77%. For a daily driver it's fine, though I was hoping for something with more capacity left. Phone works, no freezing or issues, just the battery age shows.
