great value, one small mark
Pretty happy with the 64GB model. Noticed a tiny scratch on the side that the photos kind of hid, but it's not deep. Everything else checks out — battery percentage is solid, screen is bright, software runs without lag. Only complaint is the charger wasn't in the box, but I had one already. Good deal overall.
excellent condition, better than expected
Was nervous about ordering refurbished since this is my first time going that route, but honestly BestMobileCanada nailed it. The 64GB came in excellent condition — I mean actually excellent, not just "good enough." Battery's at 94%, screen doesn't have a single scratch I can see, and it arrived within their 24-hour window. The listing was dead accurate about what I was getting. Comparing it to what a new A13 would cost, I'm saving real money here and the device works perfectly. The one-year warranty is a solid safety net too.
works fine but feels aged
The 128GB in good condition does what it promises — calls, texts, apps all function. But honestly after using it for a few weeks, the camera feels outdated and the display isn't as sharp as I remember from newer phones. It's a working device, just not exciting. Warranty is there if something breaks, which is the main reason I'd buy pre-owned.
fair condition, works great anyway
Got some scuffs on the back like the listing said, but honestly doesn't bother me. 32GB is tight for apps but manageable. Phone runs smooth and arrived in 2 days.
can't complain about this one
Recieved the 128GB in good condition and it's been solid. Screen is genuinely crisp, no dead pixels I can find. The 32-point inspection they mention actually seems real — no surprises when I opened it. Better value than most new budget phones and the warranty covers me for a year. Happy with the purchase.
solid phone, no complaints so far
Picked this up as a backup phone and it's been surprisingly reliable. 128GB gives me plenty of space, the 32-point inspection they do actually shows — no hidden surprises. Battery's at 89%, screen looks clean. Arrived in 24 hours like they promised. Not flashy but it just works.
great value for someone on a budget
Was nervous about buying refurbished but this 32GB A13 in good condition changed my mind. Everything checked out — charging port works, screen has no dead pixels, speakers are fine. The warranty sealed it for me. Definitely cheaper than buying new and I don't see why I'd pay the difference.
decent phone but battery drains fast
The 128GB model came in fair shape with visible scratches on the frame. Performance is okay for everyday stuff but the battery percentage seems lower than advertised — I'm getting maybe 12 hours max, not the full day I expected. Camera's decent enough. It works, just not as impressed as I hoped.
solid phone for the price
Bought this 64GB A13 in good condition and it's been reliable so far. Screen looks clean, battery holds up through a full day easily. Way cheaper than buying new and the warranty gives me peace of mind.
solid phone, arrived in two days
Grabbed the 32GB model and it showed up the next day. Screen looks pristine, battery's sitting at 92%, and the whole package felt legit when I opened it. The 32 point inspection thing actually seems real — no surprises or hidden marks. For the price versus buying new, this thing is a no-brainer. One year warranty gives me peace of mind too.
