decent phone, shipping took forever
Phone itself is solid — screen looks good, no dead pixels, and the 32GB is enough for my needs. Main issue was delivery. Order said 24 hours and it took 4 days to arrive. By then I'd already picked up something else. It's functional but the delay soured the whole experience.
surprisingly solid for the price
Was nervous about buying used but honestly this thing came in pristine condition. Yeah there's a small ding on the back corner but they were upfront about the 'fair' condition. Battery at 82% and still going strong after a month. You can't beat this price for a working phone with warranty backing it.

worth the money, works as expected
Bought this as a backup phone and it's been solid. Battery sits around 88%, no scratches on the screen that I can see. The 32GB is enough for what I need. Came with the warranty card and everything checked out from the inspection. Better value than paying full retail for something I don't use every day.

Got this A20 as a backup phone and it's fine for that. Battery lasts a full day if you're not heavy on it. Screen's a bit dim compared to my main phone but the price reflects that.
battery died faster than stated
Listing said 85% battery health but mine was draining to 20% by midday with light use. Contacted support about the warranty but they said it's within acceptable range. Disappointed because I specifically chose this one for the battery percentage. Works otherwise but not what I paid for.
exceeded my expectations honestly
Picked this up as a secondary device and it's been flawless. The 32GB handles everything I throw at it, camera's decent for casual shots, and the battery easily gets me through two days of moderate use. Packaging was careful and showed up next day.
