excellent condition, great value
Honestly impressed with how clean this phone looks. No scratches, screen has no marks, and it feels practically new. The 32GB is tight if you use lots of apps but manageable. Battery's holding strong at 89% health. Way cheaper than buying new and you can't tell the difference. Warranty gives peace of mind too.
solid phone for the price
Got this A21 a few days ago and honestly it's been solid so far. Screen is clean, phone runs smooth, and the 128GB gives me plenty of space. I was worried about buying pre-owned but the inspection report they provided was detailed. Came with the charger too which was nice. For under $200 this is a good deal.
does what it needs to
It's a decent phone. The 32GB storage is enough for my use, camera's fine, battery gets me through a day without issues. My one complaint is the screen has a few light scratches that the listing should've mentioned — they don't affect use but I wasn't expecting them at this price point. Still happy with the purchase overall.

battery died after two weeks
Arrived in excellent condition physically, but the battery health was way below what was listed. Started at maybe 60% capacity, died completely after 14 days. Contacted support and they honored the warranty, but it's been three weeks waiting for replacement. Feel like I got unlucky with this unit.

Device had some visible wear on the back but it's exactly what the 'fair' condition listing said. Battery holds a decent charge, camera works fine, and nothing's broken. Showed up in two days. I'm using it as a backup phone and it's doing the job without complaints.

Grabbed this 128GB A21 knowing it was in good condition and it's exactly that. Screen's clean, back has minimal marks, looks almost new in person. Battery's at 91%.
