does what it should
Got the 128GB version. It works fine, camera's decent, processor handles everything I throw at it without lag. Only minor thing is there's a small scratch on the back that wasn't mentioned in the listing, but honestly it doesn't bother me much and I expected some wear at this price. Still happy with it.
good phone, marks are real but honest
Was nervous about buying refurbished for the first time, but this 256GB Fair unit actually made sense — I got it cheap and it shows wear, which is fine. There's scuffing on the back and a small ding on the corner, but nothing that affects how it works. 32-point inspection must've caught the cosmetic stuff because there were no surprises. Performance is solid, camera's responsive, no lag. Battery at 82% is respectable. Honestly, if you're okay with visible marks and want to save money, this is a no-brainer.
battery degraded faster than expected
Ordered the 128GB in good condition. Device arrived on time and looked decent, but the battery health was sitting at 78% when I checked it — listing said 85%. Screen's fine, no major scratches, but the battery drains noticeably by midday with moderate use. For the price I paid, I expected better battery longevity. Warranty covers it, so I'll see if BestMobileCanada will swap it, but disappointed with the initial accuracy of their testing.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Picked up the 256GB model last week. Phone arrived in good shape, screen looks clean, and the performance is exactly what I expected. Battery's holding up fine so far. At this price point you really can't complain. For the money saved versus buying new, this was the right call.
flawless but had high hopes
Recieved the 128GB in excellent condition — genuinely looks almost new. Display is sharp, no dead pixels, all the buttons work. My only thing is I was hoping the processor would feel faster than it does. It's fine for day-to-day stuff, just not the performance jump I imagined. Still a solid phone for the money though.
fair condition, fair price
The 128GB A25 arrived in fair condition as advertised. There's visible wear on the back and edges, but nothing that affects how it works. Phone runs fine, battery lasts most of the day. Knew what I was getting into price-wise and I'm okay with it.
exactly what i needed
was nervous buying pre-owned but this 128GB A25 showed up in excellent condition. no visible damage, screen's perfect, and it's been running smoothly for a couple weeks now. saved a ton compared to buying new and the warranty gives me peace of mind. really solid value.
