fair condition, works perfectly
the listing said fair condition so I expected some cosmetic wear. Yeah, there's scuffing on the frame and the back has marks, but the 128GB storage is intact and everything functions. Battery health is still solid. For the price I paid, I can't complain about appearance—it's a tool, not a showpiece.
solid phone, solid deal
Pretty happy with this purchase. The 128GB model runs smoothly, camera's decent, and the packaging showed they actually care about condition. A few light marks on the back but nothing that bothers me. At this price point it's hard to complain.
exactly what I needed
Bought this A31 128GB in excellent condition and it's been flawless for two weeks. Screen is crisp, battery holds strong, and it shipped in 24 hours. Saved $200 compared to new and got the full year warranty. No regrets.
happy with it, just wish shipping was faster
Phone's in good shape, looks cleaner than the photos suggested. Takes decent photos, battery lasts most of the day, 64GB is tight but workable if you manage storage. Only thing is it took 3 days to arrive when the listing promised 24 hours. Still solid value though.
does what it's supposed to
Recieved the phone in fair condition—visible scuffs, minor cosmetic wear—exactly as described. Doesn't bother me. Battery's healthy, 128GB handles my stuff fine, and it's been stable. No regrets picking a pre-owned A31 over dropping cash on something new. The warranty gave me peace of mind even though I haven't needed it.
good but battery drains faster than expected
Bought this thinking I'd get a solid secondary phone. Screen and overall build feel decent, storage is plenty at 128GB. But the battery percentage came in lower than I'd hoped — it was listed at 89% and drops noticeably by mid-afternoon even with light use. Not a dealbreaker, but frustrating when you're paying a bit more for "excellent" condition. Everything else checks out.
works, but battery drains fast
Phone itself is fine, nothing wrong with the screen or build. The issue is the battery—it's sitting around 82%, which is lower than I expected from a pre-owned device in 'good' condition. Still under warranty so I could get it looked at, but that's a hassle. The 128GB storage is nice though. It's functional, just not thrilled with the battery health they didn't flag upfront.
works great, no issues here
Showed up fast, phone works exactly as described. 128GB gives plenty of space, camera's fine, battery lasts a full day. The inspection they do apparently caught everything because I haven't found any surprises. Not fancy but reliable.
pristine phone, underwhelming performance
Looks almost new and the 64GB storage is fine, but I'm honestly disappointed with how the phone performs day-to-day. Apps take a moment to load, multitasking is clunky, and I expected better from 'excellent' condition overall. The hardware looks flawless, so it's not a defect thing—just feels like I outgrew this model faster than I thought. The price was right, but the experience left me wishing I'd spent a bit more elsewhere.
device arrived completely dead
Received the 64GB model and it won't power on. Tried charging overnight, different cables, nothing. Their 32-point inspection apparently missed that the battery is completely shot. Contacted support but getting the runaround on the warranty claim. Really disappointed—this was my first time buying refurbished and now I'm hesitant to try again.
