works fine but battery drains fast
Phone arrived in decent shape and the screen looks good. Main issue is the battery seems to drop faster than I'd expect — they listed it at 87% health but it barely gets me through a full day. Still functional, just not what I hoped for at this price point.

Phone arrived in excellent condition like they said, screen is pristine. Only issue is the battery doesn't hold a charge as long as I expected — I'm getting maybe 60% of a full day with moderate use. Not a dealbreaker since it still powers through, just not ideal if you're away from a charger.
fair condition but it works
knew I was getting a fair condition unit and that's what I got — visible marks on the body, some scuffs on the edges. The screen's intact though and that's what matters most to me. Phone runs fine, no lag, battery life is decent. Yeah it looks used but at this price versus new, I can't complain. Does the job.
it's okay, nothing special
Bought this as my first refurbished phone and was nervous about it. Device works and hasn't died on me, which is good. Received the phone and it wouldn't turn on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Had to contact support and go through the warranty process which took forever. For the price I paid, I expected better quality control from the 32-point inspection they advertise.

Pretty happy with this purchase. The inspection must've been thorough because I can barely see any wear on it. Battery's at a good level, performance is snappy enough for everyday use, and the 128GB storage is plenty. Got it in two days and it came well packaged. No real complaints here.
