does exactly what i need
Needed a backup phone and this fit the bill. Good condition, no major scratches, battery's fine. Got it fast. Not fancy but it works reliably. would buy from them again if i needed another one.
decent but battery disappoints
Screen and body look good, no real complaints there. Problem is the battery's already down to 76% health and it doesn't last as long as I expected for a phone in this condition grade. It works fine for basic stuff but if you're a heavy user you might want something with better battery specs. The warranty's helpful at least.

The 32GB variant came in their inspection packaging and you can tell they actually checked it. Screen is flawless, camera works great, and the battery's sitting at 92%. The phone itself runs fine and battery's acceptable, but there's a faint discoloration on the lower left of the screen that's noticeable in bright light. Wasn't mentioned in the listing. The phone looked worse than the photos showed — deep scratches on the frame and a hairline crack near the speaker. I contacted them about the warranty and got the runaround for two weeks. They finally said it wasn't covered under the "fair condition" terms. Don't waste your time here.

Phone arrived in fair condition as advertised — you can see some wear on the frame and a light scratch on the back. Functionally it's great though. Battery percentage was listed at 83% and it still gets me through a day. The 1-year warranty gave me peace of mind since I'd never bought pre-owned before.
