solid mid-range that actually performs
I've had this for a month now and honestly it does everything I throw at it. Gaming, streaming, messaging — no lag. The 256GB means I'm not constantly deleting stuff. Battery sits around 88% health according to the report they sent. Warranty gives me peace of mind too. Better than I expected for a used phone.
does what it's supposed to
Battery's at 82%, screen works fine, no issues in the first couple weeks. Came faster than expected. For someone who just needs a reliable phone without breaking the bank, this works.

Listed as fair condition, 256GB. Phone itself looks okay, bit of scratching on the frame but nothing crazy. Problem is the battery—dropped to 73% in the first two weeks, now it's at 68%. Their inspection claimed 85% but it's clearly lower. Still within the one-year warranty window but annoying. The 32-point inspection apparently missed this one.
doa and customer service ghosted
Phone arrived dead. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't power on. The 32-point inspection apparently missed that. Tried reaching BestMobileCanada three times over a week—no response. The warranty supposedly covers this, but I can't activate a claim if nobody answers. Extremely frustrating experience.
impressed with condition and speed
Showed up the next day which was wild. The 256GB unit looks almost untouched — minimal signs of use. Screen is bright, speakers are decent, and the battery report showed 91% capacity. They really do inspect these things properly. Paid a fraction of what a new one costs and I'm getting the same performance.

listing didn't match what arrived
Ordered a "good" condition 128GB and got a phone with a crack along the bottom bezel that wasn't mentioned. It still powers on and functions, but calling this "good" feels generous. Battery's at 79%. Contacted support and they're handling it, but this soured the whole experience. Took 3 days to arrive too.
premium phone, premium disappointment
Paid extra for the 256GB 'excellent' condition because i wanted something that looked new. It doesn't. There's a hairline crack near the charging port i didn't notice until day two, and the back has micro-scratches visible under light. Excellent condition? Not really. Works fine technically, but the description didn't match what showed up.
