does what it's supposed to
Was nervous buying used for the first time but this phone just works. 256GB, fair condition, some cosmetic wear but nothing that affects performance. The 32-point inspection they mention actually matters — you can tell they check things properly. Good value.
works fine, minor cosmetic stuff
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 128GB came looking pretty beat up honestly. The back has visible marks and scuffs, which matched the 'fair' listing so no surprises there. That said, it turns on, everything functions, and for what I paid I can't really complain. Battery's at like 82% but it still gets me through the day.
excellent rating doesn't match experience
Listed as excellent condition but the screen has a faint line running down the left side that only shows up on white backgrounds. It's not a crack, more like a dead pixel line, but it's definitely there. Battery is only at 82%, lower than I'd expect for 'excellent'. The device works, sure, but this doesn't feel like an excellent unit to me. Disappointed because the rest of the phone is solid.
works fine but shipping took longer
The phone itself is in excellent condition — barely a mark on it, battery at 89%, 256GB runs smooth. My only complaint is it took 3 days to arrive when the site promises 24 hours. Not a deal-breaker since the device is solid, but worth mentioning if you need something urgently.
battery degraded faster than expected
Listing said 85% battery health but device was at 79% when it arrived. Screen looked fine, no cracks, but the battery situation is frustrating. For the price I paid, I expected what was advertised. Warranty covers it supposedly but I shouldn't have to deal with this right out of the box.
dead on arrival, wouldn't turn on
Recieved the phone and it wouldn't power up at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. Contacted support and they kept asking me to try different things but the device was clearly defective. Really frustrating because I specifically chose this retailer for the warranty, but getting them to actually process the replacement took forever. Don't bother.
solid phone, solid deal
Got the 256GB version and can't complain. Screen's pristine, camera does what it's supposed to do, and the battery sits around 95% health. Came with the box and all the original stuff. Better than paying full price for new. The warranty gives me peace of mind too.
great phone, but shipping took longer
Pretty happy with this Galaxy A55. The 256GB 'excellent' condition rating was accurate — barely any marks on it, screen looks pristine. Battery's at 91% which is solid. My only gripe is the delivery took 3 days instead of the 24-hour promise they advertise, and the charger wasn't in the box (though I guess that's standard for pre-owned). For the price compared to buying it new, still a win. No regrets.
phone arrived in perfect shape
The A55 256GB showed up in excellent condition—literally looks almost new. Screen is spotless, no dents, back plate is clean. Battery health at 88%. Spent the last week putting it through its paces and it handles everything I throw at it without stuttering. The warranty is peace of mind, but I don't think I'll need it. This phone cost me hundreds less than retail and I'm getting zero regrets.
fair condition, fair price
256GB fair unit came with visible scuffs on the back, which is exactly what I signed up for. Phone runs perfectly. Battery's at 89%. Arrived within their 24h promise. For the money I paid versus buying new, this made sense. Warranty gives peace of mind. Would order again.
