fair condition, fair price
Got this A71 with some visible wear on the back, but honestly that's what I signed up for at this price point. Battery's holding at 87%, screen's clean, and it's been rock solid for a month. Can't complain.
solid second phone, minor cosmetic stuff
was nervous about ordering used but this arrived in good shape. there's a small scratch on the back near the camera that doesn't affect anything, and maybe that's why it's listed as 'good' condition instead of excellent. doesn't bother me. the 128GB is enough space, battery's holding up fine for my needs. screen's bright, speakers work well. the whole package came fast and the warranty felt like a safety net i didn't end up needing. would've preferred if it came with a charger in the box but whatever, i had one already.
battery died within weeks
The listing said 85% battery health but it dropped to 40% capacity after two weeks of normal use. Called support and they seemed skeptical even though I had the one-year warranty. Still waiting to hear back. The phone itself works fine otherwise, but the battery situation makes it pretty frustrating to use.
inspected well, works even better
