does what it should
Pretty straightforward — got the phone, it works, does everything a Galaxy A72 should do. There's some very light wear on the back but nothing that bothers me. Battery's decent at 90%, camera's solid, and the 128GB is plenty for my needs. No complaints here.
device arrived completely dead
The phone showed up non-responsive and won't power on no matter what I try. Contacted support about the warranty and they're saying it might be a software issue on my end, but I've been using phones for 15 years and know the difference between a brick and user error. The listing said "fair condition" but didn't mention it was non-functional. Really disappointed because the price was good, but I can't use something that doesn't work.

Got this in excellent shape with the 256GB storage. Packaging was good, device arrived in 24 hours like they said. It's clean, battery's at 91%, and everything functions exactly as it should. Saves a ton compared to buying new. Would order from BestMobileCanada again.
exactly what i needed

Bought the 128GB fair condition model. Fine, I expected some wear. But there are two dead pixels on the screen that weren't flagged in the 32-point inspection report. Battery's okay at 87%. Camera works. It functions, just feels like the inspection missed something obvious.
