solid phone for the price
Wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this has been reliable. Arrived within 24 hours, phone was clean and worked right out of the box. The 16GB is enough for what I need. Screen looks great, no dead pixels or anything weird. Good alternative to dropping $400 on a new one.
exactly what I needed
Was nervous buying pre-owned but the 32-point inspection they mention actually means something. Phone arrived in excellent shape, screen is basically pristine. Battery's at 92%. Saved myself $200 compared to buying new and got the same 1-year warranty. Showed up in 24 hours too.
great condition, great value
First time ordering a used phone and I was nervous about it, but this J7 came in basically flawless condition. The inspection they do really shows — every detail checks out. Even came with the original charger. Battery's performing well after two weeks of heavy use. Definitely going back to BestMobileCanada next time I need an upgrade.
exactly what i needed
Bought this refurbished J7 two weeks ago and it's been solid. The battery health is actually better than the 85% listed — probably closer to 90%. Screen is pristine, no scratches or anything. Arrived in the promised 24-hour window. For the price compared to buying new, this is a no-brainer. Happy with the purchase.
arrived dead, no help from support
Phone showed up completely unresponsive. Won't turn on, won't charge, nothing. Contacted their support team and after waiting five days they said it was probably water damage and refused the warranty claim. Listing said excellent condition and 32-point inspection — clearly someone missed something major. Waste of money and a frustrating experience overall.
works fine, but battery drains quick
Got this J7 and it does what it's supposed to do — calls, texts, apps all run okay. Screen's in excellent shape like they said. Problem is the battery doesn't hold a charge the way I expected. They list it at 85% health but it drops to 20% by mid-afternoon with normal use. Not a dealbreaker since the warranty covers it, but I'm disappointed.
works but feels dated now
The phone itself is in good condition, no real complaints about the hardware or how it arrived. Battery's at 89%. But honestly after using it for a few weeks I'm realizing how slow it feels compared to what I'm used to. Maybe not the phone's fault — it's just older. If you need something basic it'll do the job fine.
