expected marks but everything works
Ordered the 256GB fair variant and it matched the description — visible scratches on the frame and back, but the display itself is unmarred. Powers on instantly, performance is snappy, 24-hour delivery was accurate. Battery health at 86%. It's a phone that works, not a collectible. If you're OK with cosmetic imperfections and want to save money, this is realistic.
good but slower delivery than promised
The phone itself is in excellent condition—screen spotless, body feels solid, battery at 91%. But I ordered it expecting the 24-hour delivery and it took 3 days to show up. That was disappointing. Device works great though, so it's not a deal-breaker. Still a fair price for what you get.
Good phone, one small issue
Pretty happy with the 128GB model overall. Display is sharp, processor handles everything I throw at it, battery lasts a full day. Only thing is the charger wasn't in the box — would've expected that to be included. Not a deal-breaker since I had one lying around, but worth noting. Still a solid value compared to new.
Does what it's supposed to, battery concerns me
The Note 20 is a capable phone and this one works fine for basics. Screen's nice, camera's decent. But the battery health came in at 82%, which is lower than I hoped for a 128GB fair-condition unit. It lasts a day if I'm careful, but not much more. The warranty is good to have, though I'm wondering how long this battery will actually hold up. Not unhappy, just less impressed than expected.
solid phone, solid deal
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada came through. The 256GB model has plenty of space, and it genuinely feels like new in hand. The Note 20 screen is beautiful for streaming. Warranty gives peace of mind.
Worth it despite the visible wear
Bought this as a second phone for traveling. It's got visible marks on the edges and back, which I expected given the fair rating. Screen is actually in decent shape though — no scratches. Battery health around 87%. For what I paid, I can't complain. The 32-point inspection definitely happened because the device works without any hiccups.
solid performer, no complaints
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this 256GB unit showed up in good shape with only light cosmetic wear. Battery's at 90%, screen is clean, and everything powers on without issue. Been using it for three weeks now and it's been reliable. The price vs a new phone was the main draw and it paid off.
Fair condition but totally functional
Got the 256GB model even though the listing said fair condition. There's a small scuff on the back left corner and some minor wear on the frame, but honestly it doesn't bother me. Phone runs smooth, display looks great, battery's at 88%. Delivered within 24 hours. The warranty gives me peace of mind if something goes wrong.
exactly what I needed
Picked this up as a replacement for my cracked S10 and couldn't be happier. Phone arrived in a box that actually looked like it went through quality control—screen is pristine, no dead pixels, battery holds 94%. Came with the warranty card and all the inspection paperwork. At this price point versus buying new, it's hard to complain.
