expected marks but everything works
Ordered the 256GB fair variant and it matched the description — visible scratches on the frame and back, but the display itself is unmarred. Powers on instantly, performance is snappy, 24-hour delivery was accurate. Battery health at 86%. It's a phone that works, not a collectible. If you're OK with cosmetic imperfections and want to save money, this is realistic.
128GB was all I needed anyway
Recieved it in perfect condition. The screen is basically flawless, battery health at 94%, and it came with the original box and cable. For the price compared to buying new, this was the right call. No regrets.
good but slower delivery than promised
The phone itself is in excellent condition—screen spotless, body feels solid, battery at 91%. But I ordered it expecting the 24-hour delivery and it took 3 days to show up. That was disappointing. Device works great though, so it's not a deal-breaker. Still a fair price for what you get.
Good phone, one small issue
Pretty happy with the 128GB model overall. Display is sharp, processor handles everything I throw at it, battery lasts a full day. Only thing is the charger wasn't in the box — would've expected that to be included. Not a deal-breaker since I had one lying around, but worth noting. Still a solid value compared to new.
Does what it's supposed to, battery concerns me
The Note 20 is a capable phone and this one works fine for basics. Screen's nice, camera's decent. But the battery health came in at 82%, which is lower than I hoped for a 128GB fair-condition unit. It lasts a day if I'm careful, but not much more. The warranty is good to have, though I'm wondering how long this battery will actually hold up. Not unhappy, just less impressed than expected.

Avec quelques rayures légères sur le boîtier, j'étais pas mal certain que le téléphone aurait des défauts majeurs. Surprise—tout marche sans problème. L'écran fonctionne bien, la batterie tient la charge. Pour le prix qu'on paie, c'est honnêtement difficile à battre.
Fair condition, fair price, happy buyer
El teléfono llegó rápido y en las condiciones que esperaba. Tiene rayones en los bordes, pero la pantalla está intacta y funciona perfectamente. La batería está en 89%, el almacenamiento de 256GB es más que suficiente. Por el precio no tengo quejas. La garantía de un año me da tranquilidad.

Was nervous about buying pre-owned but BestMobileCanada came through. The 256GB model has plenty of space, and it genuinely feels like new in hand. The Note 20 screen is beautiful for streaming. Warranty gives peace of mind.
Worth it despite the visible wear
