great phone, minor packaging complaint
Pretty happy with the 512GB model I got. Works exactly as described, battery's at 88%, and the screen has no visible damage. Only small complaint is it came in pretty minimal packaging — would've preferred something a bit more protective given what I paid, but the phone itself was fine. Delivery was fast which I appreciated. For the price point this is a solid deal compared to retail.
worth the risk on a used device
i was nervous ordering pre-owned but this came in decent shape. yeah it's marked up a bit from regular use, but that's expected with fair condition. everything functions properly, no dead pixels or weird battery drain. the 512gb storage is super helpful. would buy from these guys again.
good but expected more storage
Works fine for the price, no real complaints about performance or condition. 128GB sounded like enough when I ordered it, but it fills up faster than I thought. The phone itself is in fair shape — minor scuffs on the back, nothing that bothers me. Warranty's good to have peace of mind.
does everything I need it to
Grabbed the 128GB version and it's been reliable so far. screen's clean, body shows minimal wear, and the battery sits at 87%. I was worried about storage at 128GB but I don't really store much locally anyway, so it works for me. The 32-point inspection report they included was thorough and matched what I got. No issues in my first month of use, and knowing I have warranty coverage if something goes wrong is reassuring. Good value for what you're paying.
solid phone, solid price
grabbed this used note 9 and honestly it's been reliable. screen's clean, storage is plenty at 512gb. came with everything promised. i've been using it daily for a month now with no issues. definitely beats paying full price for a new one.
512GB was worth the upgrade
