works fine, but battery drains quick
Got the 256GB in good condition. Phone itself feels solid and the screen is clean. Main issue is the battery only holds a charge for maybe 6-7 hours of normal use. The listing said 85% health but it feels lower. Not terrible for the price, just means I'm tethered to a charger most days.
works perfectly despite the marks
Bought this in fair condition expecting some cosmetic wear, and yeah, there's visible scratches on the back. That said, the phone itself runs smooth, camera is sharp, and battery holds up well. For the price I paid versus buying new, can't complain. Warranty gives me peace of mind too.
wrong model shipped to me
Ordered an S20 and got a different model entirely. I don't even know what I have because the box was damaged. Contacted support three times. First response took 4 days. They blamed the warehouse. The phone itself might be fine but I didn't want this model. Haven't bothered with the return because it's too much hassle. Really disappointed with the whole experience.
screen glitches are a problem
Listed as excellent but I'm getting weird flickering in the top corner when the brightness is low. Battery percentage seems off too—says 89% but drains faster than my old phone did. The 32-point inspection they mention didn't catch these issues. Device works most of the time, but it's frustrating. Considering using the warranty.
pristine s20 at half the cost

good phone, expected better
The 256GB arrived in good condition but had a couple more small marks than I thought from the photos. Battery's at 86%, which is acceptable. Screen and camera work fine. It's functional and the warranty is solid, just thought the cosmetics would be a touch better for what I paid.
solid upgrade for less money
Been using this S20 for almost two months now. Everything works as expected—camera is excellent, performance is snappy, no issues with the screen or hardware. Arrived in perfect shape and the packaging was careful. Definitely beats paying full retail for a new phone. Would buy from them again.
camera stopped working after 2 weeks
The 256GB looked good condition when it arrived but the rear camera started glitching after I'd had it for about 2 weeks. BestMobileCanada's warranty should cover it but dealing with the claim process has been a headache. Feels premature for something that's supposed to be inspected. Disappointed.
works but battery drains fast
Recieved the phone in excellent shape, no scratches anywhere. Display looks brand new honestly. The issue is the battery—drops 10% every couple hours even idle. I expected better given the listing didn't mention battery health specifically. The warranty should cover it if it gets worse. It's a good device otherwise, just surprised by the battery performance on a phone listed as excellent.
